The amenities and complimentary drinks were excellent. This was my second time staying in a capsule-type room, and I still haven't had enough experience to get a good night's sleep, but the bath and facilities were comfortable, so I would definitely stay here again if I were staying alone. There seemed to be more senior guests than I expected. For meals, I bought Nita rice balls at Chamine in front of the station and side dishes at a convenience store and ate them in the dining area of ​​the inn. The next morning, I had breakfast at Andersen, which is also located in Chamine.

It’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

I checked in in the evening, but due to construction work on the parking lot, I was redirected to a different lot. There was no explanation, so I didn't know how to get in and couldn't enter the parking lot. Also, there was no explanation when I checked in at the front desk, so I had to ask each time about whether breakfast was available, etc. The bath was also a little far away, so I went to get a ticket, but they simply told me it was across the bridge and that if I didn't know, I should look at the QR code. When I went there, I couldn't find it at all, and returned drenched in sweat without even taking a bath. I looked at the map at the front desk, but it was in a place I couldn't find without being told. One man at the front desk that night was awful, but the other man just ignored me and simply handled the paperwork. It was a terrible night. I was disappointed that even Kyoritsu had employees like that.

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Unlike the hotel, it was a single house, so I was worried about how to enter at first, but I was glad that I received an email and understood how to do it. The inside was very fulfilling, but there were scratches and dirt from 々. I was worried about the noise of the car because it faces the street, but the location was good because it was close to Matsue Station. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bath was the best. There was a washing machine and it was saved to dry indoors. I thought it would be better to feel cheaper than the hotel when there were many people because there were four beds.

It feels like an old inn that has been renovated for individual guests. The building may be old, but the interior is nice. The single private room is extremely small with just a bed. It's fine if you want to lie down and look at your phone, though. Even though it's a private room, you can hear everything from the next room, including snoring and the sound of someone opening a bag. It might be a good idea to bring headphones. But there is an indoor bath, the location is good, and considering the price, I was quite satisfied.

I was driving myself, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The service at check-in was excellent. Being from Hong Kong, I specifically requested a ********* staff member to serve me during meals. They were incredibly attentive, explaining each dish meticulously. On another day at breakfast, this same ********* staff member also arranged for friends and family staying in different rooms to sit together. As for the hot springs, there were different areas and types to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come again.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

到着が夜遅かったのとお天気が悪かったので足湯などが楽しめませんでした。 もう少し早い到着だったら夜の温泉街の散歩も楽しめたのではと残念でした。 次回は日帰りでも温泉が楽しめるみたいなのでぜひ昼間に行きたいと思います。 別館のお風呂の案内もあり温泉は楽しめました。

This Showa-era business hotel is right outside Matsue Station's South Exit. The lobby is sunken, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. The room facilities are quite old, there's no outlet by the bed, and power is activated by an old-fashioned key card system (or rather, a key). The large public bath on the top floor wasn't open, and the elevator is also very small. When you go out, you need to hand your key to the front desk, and when you return, you show a card with your room number to retrieve your key and meal voucher. They offer free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with limited options, and for dinner, you can choose between a curry set meal or a daily Japanese-style set. All in all, for just over 200 a night, including breakfast and dinner, what more could you ask for? If it doesn't mind my budget, I won't mind its age.
