Good place to stay as a transit to langkawi. Room is clean. Everything is good. But, there is a mole @ leak at bathroom plaster ceiling. Other than that, everything else is good.

I chose this hotel because the rooms are quite spacious and there's ample parking. The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, my experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

Great location, but the soundproofing in the room was poor and it wasn't very clean. You could clearly see the tabletop hadn't been wiped down, there was dust on the floor, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room.

Virtually no service to comment. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel uses self check-in. The hotel is without lift or luggage lift, beware if you are bringing a large and heavy luggage. There is a lot of pesticides aerosol available at the first floor, I guess the entire building is troubled by cockroaches, and yes my room also has one cockroach trap near the dust bin, but I am lucky enough, there is no signs of it during my stay. However, my room is full of pesticides smells.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :). The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful. We will definitively stay here again next time!

A front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings.
