"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable—honestly, the bed was so cozy that I fell asleep almost instantly every night. It made a huge difference after a long day. The staff were also outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and excellent service. I’d definitely come back again."

"Wil definitely book again! The staff are very accommodating, the place is super nice and it feels cozy staying here. There was a time when there's no bath towel and one of the staff texted me that they will provide it right away even though it's already past 10PM! They're very friendly and hoping to meet them again! Planning to book for a week when I got the chance!"

"We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was incredibly well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, a refrigerator, and both an air conditioner and an extra fan to keep the space perfectly cool. I especially loved the automatic water dispenser that instantly provided hot and cold drinking water—such a convenient touch! Everything was set up for a seamless and comfortable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay!"

"This isn't my first time staying here. Some of the reception staff are very gracious, but their way of handling problems can be quite arrogant. If there's noise, they just send security to deal with it, nothing else. **Environment:** This business trip, I unfortunately had a room next to another that was preparing for a wedding, and it was incredibly noisy. My room was also a corner unit, meaning there was a connecting door to another room. Even though it was locked, there was absolutely no soundproofing. **Service:** The hotel service was terrible. Even though I asked to change rooms the day after the first night, they refused. I tolerated it until the day I was leaving, when I finally couldn't take it anymore and complained to the hotel. By then, I didn't even expect a room change anymore; what was the point of offering it then? My biggest relief was booking through Trip.com, which provided some mediation to protect my rights as a customer. This kind of older 3-4 star hotel naturally doesn't care about a guest like me, staying for only 3-4 days, especially since it's already one of the relatively better hotels in Quezon City. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. When I checked out, they gave me a small cake to appease me, very classy."

"It was a great stay and very affordable to everyone. My only concern and suggestion is that there should be free bottled water inside the room as there are glasses already, a kettle, a cup for coffee and coffee sachet, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Only shampoo was there as well in shower area, no body wash. Those are just my suggestions and hopefully these will be improve no harm at all. Thank you."

"The food was simple at the breakfast buffet but was filling. The spread provided just enough to cover different dietary restrictions. It wasn't very expansive in the selection, but what they had was indeed good. The check-in took a while, but the check-out process was very quick. There weren't enough daybeds at the pool area and there were barely any facilities left with children in the pool."

"The hotel location is excellent with walking distance to Robinsons mall and the SM mall. Though the facilities are relativelv basic but beds are comfy, breakfast is not bad. The only thing I'll fault with is the room is lacking a table for proper work and somehow a little small, but for business travel, it is good enough"

"I had a five - day stay here and was entitled to one room cleaning or linen change. However, I was disappointed that when I requested it, the linens, pillowcases, bedsheets, and comforters were not changed. They didn't even refill the tissues or shampoo. I didn't bother checking earlier since I arrived at 2:00 AM and didn't wake up until 11:00 AM. I also didn't call reception because I was only an hour away from checking out when I woke up. However, the staff were very polite and welcoming."

"During our recent trip, we booked a stay at a hotel that, for the most part, delivered a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained—everything we look for when choosing accommodation. By all usual standards, this would have been a solid, trouble-free stay that we would happily recommend to friends and family. However, there was one major catch that set this hotel apart from every other place we have ever stayed in, and it left us feeling frustrated and confused: their strict policy regarding linens and security deposits. In all the hotels, resorts, and guesthouses we have visited over the years, the standard rule has always been simple: treat the property with respect, avoid intentional damage, and you will get your full security deposit back upon checking out. Minor spills, accidental marks from daily use, or small stains that come naturally with staying in a room are almost always considered part of regular wear and tear. Housekeeping teams handle cleaning these as part of their daily duties, and deposits are rarely held unless there is significant damage, broken furniture, or missing items. This is the industry norm we have come to expect, and it makes traveling stress-free. This hotel operates very differently. Their policy states clearly that guests must take extreme care of all linens—including bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and even table cloths found in the room. Even small, accidental stains from food, drinks, cosmetics, or dirt are not accepted. If any linen is marked, stained, or appears to have been used in a way they consider improper, the management reserves the right to keep your entire security deposit.  It felt unfair and overly strict. Unlike other places that charge a reasonable fee for cleaning or replacement if needed, this hotel takes the full amount you set aside as a deposit, regardless of the issue’s size or cost. It felt less like a policy to protect their property and more like an unexpected way to deduct extra charges. The whole situation made what was otherwise a nice stay feel sour and disappointing. We left feeling like we had to walk on eggshells the whole time, worrying that one small mistake would cost us extra money. Despite this frustrating experience, we have to admit: aside from this unusual rule, the hotel itself is fine. The location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the service was friendly. If you are planning to stay here, just be fully aware of their unique approach to linens and deposits. Read every line of their policy carefully, ask questions upfront, and be extra cautious with every item in the room. This policy is definitely different from any we have encountered before—we would even call it weird and unnecessary compared to how other hotels operate. It takes away some of the relaxation that comes with traveling. Still, if you are willing to follow their strict rules to the letter, you can still have a comfortable stay. Just make sure you know exactly what you are agreeing to, or you might end up losing your security deposit like we did."

Outstanding
NNeriWe recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family. What we liked: - Room is clean since its a brand new hotel - caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino. - there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load - their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners - they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these. What we hope for improvement - the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars - our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor. - consider adding elevator and hallway perfume Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.

GGuest UserSeda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

GGuest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
