"The room is clean, the service is great. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is very good with several food options. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center. The hotel has a lovely pool that closes at 9 pm. I will definitely stay here again next time."

"Location is good, a lot of shops, restaurants, temples, supermarkets near the hotel. Staffs are friendly. The hotel provide basic items like shampoo, shower and towel. You have to hring ur own tooth brush, tooth paste, slipper, shower cap and etc. But they do sell some of the items. There is a coffee machine and hot water at the lobby area. They do sell some instant noodles and snacks."

"Hotel is accessible to night market. Car park is ok. Room is ok. But room service at empty room started around 7 am which cause distraction as can hear the sound of staff walking and using plastic bag & taking. 1 Body soap and 1 shampoo (small tube) is only giving for 2 persons and not give one type each for one person. The pool is not clean."

"We traveled in a group, 3 rooms total, with one room being a wheelchair accessible. The hotel itself is old and the rooms even though was cleaned but there were some serious moldy smells to it. The wheelchair room didn’t have as much of the moldy smell as the other 2 rooms. The bathroom is on the smaller size and no fan for moisture ventilation. The thermostat that controls central air system did not work. The room feels damp all the time. On a good note the location of the hotel is wonderful. Only 2 blocks away from night bazaar and many good restaurants nearby. The hotel’s restaurant also not bad. Lotus mini mart and 7-Eleven just around the corner."

"The property is currently (as of August 26th) undergoing renovation, with a lot of work being done on the front facade. The hotel is located on a main road, so reaching various points of interest requires taking transfers, and walking is difficult. The room was very spacious and modern, with a comfortable and large bed. The shower had good water pressure, but overall, the cleanliness wasn't excellent, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet wasn't very extensive, but we appreciated the option to have eggs and noodles prepared upon request. The common areas of the property generally need a bit of maintenance, and the pool wasn't particularly functional either (few sun loungers and small)."
