"The room was a bit small, but definitely functional, and the bed was big enough. The hotel's location is great, right at one end of Lincoln Road, making it super convenient for shopping. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach. All the in-room facilities can be controlled by an iPad, and they seem quite new. The hotel environment is also very pleasant. I slept really well, and the soundproofing is pretty decent by American standards. It offers good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"My wife and I stayed at Esmé Miami Beach for a night in mid-May, right after our cruise, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is a real strength: firmly in South Beach, close enough to soak up the energy of Miami Beach yet tucked away enough to feel relaxed. Access to the beach is effortless (about 6 minutes), and the complimentary beach beds were a genuinely welcome touch. They also kindly offered us complimentary early check-in, which — coming straight off the ship — made all the difference in starting the stay smoothly. The hotel has character. It's tastefully designed with a stylish latin boutique feel — warm, elegant, and far more personal than a standard property. The rooftop pool was a particular highlight: well laid out and a lovely spot to unwind. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, friendly, and consistently welcoming. Española Way, just steps behind the hotel, offers a good spread of restaurants and cafés — easy to step out for dinner, drinks, or a casual evening stroll without ever needing to drive. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend it"

"the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door."

"The location is absolutely fantastic! It's not one single building, but rather spread out like a district. If your room isn't facing the street, it's actually completely quiet. You can just step out and find the most charming street-side restaurants. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are some really great coffee shops nearby (especially the one with avocado toast!). The room was a bit small for a large suitcase, and the water pressure for the shower on the first floor was a bit low. Oh, and there's no heating. Despite these points, I still really liked it. Finally, it's self-check-in, so if you have any issues, make sure to contact them via email right away, because there's genuinely no one on site. It's easy to just stand outside feeling confused, but a quick call will clear things right up."

"Overall it's okay, it's more like a B&B, and it's a relatively cheap hotel in South Beach. We have all the necessary infrastructure, and don’t expect anything extra. It's a seven or eight-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants, dessert shops, and pharmacies along the way. Maybe we come here to avoid the cold in winter. It was packed with people. We arrived at night and couldn't even think of adding an extra blanket. The service attitude is very good, but the level needs to be improved. There were three people in line before check-in, and they waited for half an hour. I am very grateful for the patient explanation to everyone, but there is no explanation about free drinks for half a day, etc. The important information is still not explained clearly. It took several people to find the building where we live. The entire South Beach in Miami is just a resort base, with basically no residents, and the newly built buildings are also hotels. If you are financially well-off, it will be much more comfortable to stay in a high-end hotel. If you don’t have enough financial resources, Sarasota’s B&Bs are relatively cheap and are much closer to the beach. You can go there with just your slippers. The white sand beach is also very beautiful and comfortable. If you go directly to Mexico to enjoy the exotic scenery, you can spend less money and enjoy it more comfortably."
