Vom Empfang über das sensationelle ZEN Junior Suite Zimmer, über die geschmackvolle Ausstattung bis hin zum tollen Essen im Restaurant waren wir komplett begeistert. Ich war zuletzt vor sechs Jahren im Laupheimer Hof… Damals noch nicht renoviert. - Es ist quasi nicht mehr zu vergleichen! Alles wunderbar neu, grosszügig, modernst! (Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass, wenn man Geld sparen will, und ein Economy Zimmer bucht, eben auch nicht den Luxus der neuen Zimmer hat, sondern im alten Stammhaus mit „älterem“ Komfort nächtigt.) Wir waren im Neubau und das war top! Schöner Innenhof und schicke Bar. Das Essen im Restaurant Euro-asiatisch. War früher schon toll, diesmal noch eine Schippe draufgelegt. Besonderheit: Weine sehr fair kalkuliert wie mir schien!! I like!

To summarize Hotel Zeppelin: a very service minded staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms and tasteful breakfast! Arriving late in the evening it was easy to use the self service automate to find our reservation, check in and get our Hotel keys by ourselves. The hotell looked newly renovated and the location was good for the aim of our stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the wooden details in bathroom, room and breakfast hall made the atmosphere warmer and more cozy than most hotels. Decent size on the room. The breakfast was tasty and delicately prepared. It had a good choice of different options with a very friendly and service minded staff. The lady even provided private transport for us when it was not possible to get a taxi Sunday morning!! it's really service beyond what I had ever expected and it saved us from 45 minutes walk with heavy luggage. Thank you very much!

The air conditioning was broken and it was 35c. They couldn’t get a technician for a week? Then I opened my window and hundreds of bugs flew in. Couldn’t get me a room till morning? The hotel lobby was hotter than outside. Never stay at a hotel who don’t care about their guests.

The hotel is really good located only 15 minutes from the city. Mall center near, parking space outdoor and indoor and the best capirinhas ever :) I Will absolutely come back with my family in Summer time .. Staff Is nice and Kadri Is really a nice boy, he offer me a coffe before i leave the hotel and helped me to call a taxi.

Although Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.

You get what you see on their website. Rooms small, but very clean. No work desk. Not much privacy as sink and shower are behind curtain, but otherwise open. Restroom separate. Surroundings are noisy which is to be expected in that location between Main Station and Shopping Zone. Windows really tune out the noise, as a consequence room gets quite stuffy and warm. Plenty of pigeons running around on metal framing above window, sounds like rats running inside the ceiling. This might be an issue of the sixth floor only, though. Staff mostly very friendly. Had one grumpy person but maybe they had just a bad day.
