Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City

My husband and I were at the this hotel not too long ago. Is been a pleasant stay and here to see his family both at this hotel and the another hotel in St Neots. I mut say this hotel pales in comparison to the other one we stayed at recently. I'm not saying it was a bad experience but from the experience we had at tthe other hotel we felt like it could have been better. The staff were great but the roomss didn't do it justice in comparison.

Good hotel beautifully clean, comfortable and quiet. Stafff helpful and a nice restaurant for breakfast. Pity that there is no parking but easily found space at Station Car Park a few minutes walk away and it wasn't expensive. No dogs which is an added bonus.

Has a terrible night sleep. The floorboards above us were so loud that we kept waking up. Windows didn’t open and the room was too hot

Good value, clean and very helpful staff. Only down side is the car parking which is a bit of a pain but overall great stay

Reham as receptionist, waitress and cook was excellent. Evening meal choice was poor, breakfast however was as expected

I was on a business trip to Letchworth Garden City. Got better than I presumed. Every thing was great location, service.

We have stayed here a few times now and know that we always get great service. On this occasion, there was a bit of a mix up over our room. This was most pleasantly and efficiently dealt with by Reham, who could not do enough to help us. She even gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for the hassle! Breakfast was perfect. Hope was our friendly server and Chef Tony cooked this individually for us, due to my food allergies. Quite delicious! Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean; we left feeling refreshed after a peaceful night's sleep. What an amazing bunch of people there are here. Thank you all, especially Reham. We'll be back soon!

Lovely clen hotel in central location close to train station and town centre . The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable had the best sleep I’ve had in ages . Had breakfast everyday £10.99 for the cooked eat as much as you want . The food was hot and plentiful with plenty of choice …two downsides were no fresh orange juice and the coffee was not very nice . The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful we will definitely stay again when in the area .

Aileen the manager and her team are a credit to premier inn! The attention to detail is second to known and the personal touch and professionalism is always present when I stay there and needs be appreciated. Thank you and keep up the great work.
