帶著兒童入住，沒有主動給小童拖鞋，又打電話向前台要的。酒店開業有些年頭了，設施損壞的也沒有及時更新：浴室門封閉不嚴乾濕分離形同虛設，馬桶地漏反味嚴重，酒店大堂奧迪廣告板和老鳳祥大面積展區佔據，前台水果不新鮮，房間隔音不好，網絡時斷時續，吹風機老舊不好用，衞生間夜燈自動的不可控。沙發污漬多。早餐種類少味道一般。現在的喬治莫蘭迪已經不是剛開的時候的喬治莫蘭迪了。
