錯峯出行 看見XC上有兩晚的套餐優惠 毫不猶豫的選了天目湖作為目的地 沒想到升級到了養心谷的獨棟🥳
酒店服務很好 打掃的阿姨很熱心也很客氣 景區有短駁車出行也很方便
因為季節關係晚上青蛙🐸影響了一點點 第二天就送來了耳塞 👍
早餐也很不錯 因為時間關係很多景區的餐廳沒去 留到下次吧😌
很意外的還送一次洗車服務 哈哈哈
是天目湖遊玩值得推薦的酒店 👌

去了以後發現真的是名副其實
環境服務都一級棒
房間實景比照片看上去更有質感
設施也都比較新
另外酒店配套的土菜館漁碼頭不管是味道還是性價比都不錯

設施：住的養心谷，有獨立陽台，房間設施齊全，智能馬桶，戴森吹風機，有浴缸，可調温地暖。特別安靜，風景優美，空氣怡人！
衞生：無論是客房還是餐廳乾淨整潔沒有異味。早餐琳琅滿目，品種多樣！
環境：娛樂設施齊全。非常適合親子旅行，有高爾夫，籃球場，卡丁車，蹦床（彈力地帶），馬場，小童遊樂園，擼貓館等…！
服務：服務一流，前台會提前一天和顧客取得聯繫，發定位。熱情周到！無論管家還是服務人員都熱情好客，賓至如歸的感覺。
👍👍👍我們走的那天竟然發現車被洗的乾乾淨淨的。還送了美味的伴手禮！這是一次完美的度假⛱️！無可挑剔，種草了！

七年前曾經來過；住在一期客房內。當時對酒店的高質量服務印象深刻。這次算是故地重遊。選擇了更加精緻的涵田養心谷。店員的服務一如既往的高標準。感謝接待朱小姐的認真負責的工作；每次需要酒店服務與她溝通後總能快速的得到響應，完美的解決。感謝各位接駁車司機冒着零下的嚴寒載我們去度假村的各種設施遊玩。尤其是司機小羅；在每天早晨都帶着我們去吃早飯。路途中總是滿載着微笑給予我們每天遊玩的建議，讓我們從早上開始就有一個好心情。説到這裏不得不提。涵田度假村已經和七年前完全大變樣，已經成為一個完整的集成吃喝玩樂以及親子園區。這次前來體驗後可以述説的優質體驗太多了。無法一一列舉。但我覺得吸引我的核心還是優質的服務。希望涵田酒店能夠繼續堅持吧。

一年一次天目湖涵田之行總是很滿意的，養心谷很安靜，巧遇積雪後的美景，不勝榮幸。屋外寒氣逼人，屋內暖意融融，穿着睡衣即可。温泉一如既往的好，景色還是那樣無敵，就是這次去人不少，我喜歡的石板床衹開了一間，沒有舒服的躺躺有些可惜，個別泡池水質有待提高。涵田的服務從前廳、客房、餐飲都很好，唯有温泉內某些服務人員水平還有待改進。這次中午在養心谷內吃到了涵田贈送的養生套餐，原本沒報太大期望，沒想到出品很棒，味道也不錯，算是意外驚喜，晚餐仍舊在中餐廳用餐，口味一如既往的好，等了40分鐘的剁椒魚頭很好吃，現在涵田辣菜也進步了，服務員水準越來愈高，從服務員妹妹到主管都很主動服務，點贊。這次涵田贈送的東西都很棒，無論是點心還是水果，包括晚上的甜湯都是棒棒的，還有夜床服務，真是妥妥五星標準。早餐種類繁多，選擇性大。好了這次點評結束，期待明年，保持哦。
