Stayed for work for 6 weeks in total Great hotel, John was amazing very welcoming. Would highly recommend. Will be staying again. Parking was easy and safe. All shops in walking distance. Clean rooms and nice bar. Local to tube station aswell

The Good: Location Cleanness Lovely hot power shower The Bad There was an issue with the room, that was not dealt with, the member of staff approached was not interested, at all. There is an office block right next door, so you have to keep the curtains closed all day unless you want office staff looking at you. Staff not particularly smiley or welcoming, although not rude.

Property was good , room clean. Dislike no fridge and internet is not included in the room price. To add it was a few pounds a day. Price for room is a bit high , for a property not to have internet included, it takes away from the experience.

No room service, no towels were put in the room. The room was so small and the bathroom curtain was dirty like piss stained. The water would go everywhere. Disgusting, never again
