The airport is not very far. There are some facilities, breakfast is OK, there is parking. Business or travel can be accommodated. There are also large meeting rooms available for rent.

This is probably the smallest hyatt living till now, it feels like a factory remodeling and then hanging the hyatt card! No lobby is super small. The left hand is the entrance to the restaurant. The curry smell drifts all year round. The elevator is like a freight elevator. The room is very small. Although the business hotel is equipped with a small hall, the total area will not exceed 25 square meters! The socket is old, and it is easy to loosen and not charge. The only plus point may be the girl at the front desk, cheerful and enthusiastic. Been to Beijing and a little Chinese is very friendly. In addition, the hotel only has a valet parking of $ 35 / night. The public parking space on the doorstep of the hotel and on the street behind the hotel is free from 9pm every night-9am the next day is free, 2 knifes / hour after 9am. The parking lot next to the hotel is 16 knives / night, provided that the receipt from the mall next door is required to enjoy the price. Self-driving friends can choose to park on the street and go down in the morning to pay 1-2 hours of fare.

For me who is used to Chinese food, it takes time to get used to coming here. The beautiful sea view made me choose to spend 3 days here. There are many sea view restaurants around: Japanese food, American food! Whether you are on vacation or working in another place, this is really a good place! Catering is high-end consumption, about 4-5 times the domestic price.

The service all around was great, but I didn't appreciate the dog barking in the middle of the night. Even with the dog incident I would definitely stay again.

The property (from the marketing info, is supposed to be a ~100 year old hotel) has the feel of an old-style downtown hotel, unlike the typical roadside hotel/motel which is common today. A few days prior to check-in, I attempted to contact the hotel to confirm my reservation, however there was nobody answering the phone; however, they do respond to text messages. The day you check in, they send you a text message with a link for a form to fill out prior to arrival. However, upon arrival (which was late at night), the desk clerk at check-in was very welcoming and helpful, as were all the desk clerks I interacted with throughout my stay. The room I had (called a full bed studio), was definitely small (compared to modern hotels), however for the price considering the location, was definitely adequate. The room had a microfridge and all the coffee condiments, but surprisingly no coffeemaker. Also, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (besides a bottle of hand soap next to the sink). Housekeeping came to service the room at one point in the stay, something not very common post-COVID. The property is located close to downtown Long Beach, within walking distance of the beach as well as many of the shops and clubs on Broadway. Parking is an additional $18/night, and is in a parking area connected to the alleyway next to the property.
