I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. Never had this experience ever

First thing to say is that on checking in, we met the fantastic Corey on the front desk. He was so helpful, ensuring we got the best room available for our disability needs, even asking people to move cars so we could park closer to the room. He also gave us fabulous tourist advice, where to go, what to see. He is truly a credit to this hotel. The hotel itself was a basic motel style hotel. The room was small with a massive bathroom (wetroom). The room had a hairdryer (big tick) the mirror was too high to be used. The room had a coffee maker (tick) the only socket left a trailing wire across the wall. Sadly the room was not designed by a disabled person for practicality. There had also been water ingress at some point, there was a crack in the ceiling and the wallpaper had started peeling. However - the cleaning was good. The breakfast was great, but the room too small, we struggled to find space to sit, as did others - some of which were eating on sunbeds around the pool. The pool itself was excellent, but a distinct lack of sunbeds, and th ebattery had been stolen out of the hoist chair. Finally, our top 3 requests: Create a disabled parking space next to the diabled room Retro fit with a rise and fall sink / mirror unit Move the breakfast room to a more suitable space Overall it was the finer details that let this hotel down, but the effort of Corey that made those little things disappear a little. Without him thos was a 3 / 5 stay, with him a 4.

Too expensive for thus type of motel. It’s not a hotel. Too noisy, the rooms face the swimming pool s d there always people seining and making noise. The rooms face the aisle and you can’t have the window open because everyone that goes by sees you., and you don’t have privación.

The decoration is very old-fashioned hotel but it is still clean. Maybe because of the carpet, even in the non-smoking room, there are smells. There are refrigerators and microwave ovens in the room. The nighttime cars come and go. It’s often noisy. There is no elevator in the hotel. It is inconvenient to climb the stairs and luggage. So you can ask if there is a room on the first floor that is not along the street.

The location is good, so the transfer time is similar everywhere. It's outer, but it's in Beverly Hills, so the security is not bad. There's an Organic Products Mart right in front of you, and a 10-minute walk from Ralphs and Traders Joe Mart. Room condition is very bad. There was no bug, but the smell of quark is cut and the ventilation is not good.. Air conditioner feels like never cleaned the filterㅎ I went out in the morning and came in at night, the room smell was disgusting. The bathroom is too slippery, so you have to be careful. It's a place where there is a reason for the price to be cheapㅠ

Breakfast in general, the hotel is small, the parking lot is small, the room is not big, but the hotel service is very good, very warm, and also helped me change the room, there are Macy's department store for more than 10 minutes, there is a restaurant opposite Organic supermarkets, not far from the Farmers Market, the Los Angeles Museum of Art, the Los Angeles Holocaust Museum, the location is good, the price is higher than the price.
