It was a nice stay even the hotel is a bit outside of town. You can use bicycles to go around. We found a local market and a perfect delicious restaurant with the best papaya salad with salmon we ever ate. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The bed was excellent and the area is very quiet. Thanks for the nice stay.

Average location. Stayed here just to have a walking distance access to Chiang Mai Montessori international school. Breakfast is below average. Restaurants and eateries are quite far and not accessible by walk. Staff is helpful, service and amenities are okay.

ก็ตามที่แจ้งกับพนักงานดูแลวันที่เข้าพักว่าห้องมีปัญหาจริงๆห้องน้ำใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องให้ลงไปใช้ข้างล่าง การจองเข้ามาของเราคือเราก็อยากจะอยู่ในห้องพักที่มีความเรียบร้อยใช้ได้ทุกส่วนไม่ได้อยากออกไปใช้ข้างล่างโดยไม่จำเป็นอีกทั้งการเข้ามาพักเพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมงนั้นพอเจอปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขได้ไม่ดีและทันที เราไม่มีตัวเลือกในการบริการที่ดี ไม่มีแนวทางเยียวยาหรือตรวจสอบแล้วว่าจริงเป็นปัญหาจริงไม่ได้โกหก
ถึงเวลาจะดึกแต่เมื่อลูกค้าพบปัญหา คุณจะแก้ไขหรือเยียวยาเรื่องนี้ยังไงเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้คิดว่าปลอดภัย และรู้สึกดีว่าครั้งนี้มันไม่ทันจริงๆ แต่เรามีบริการอย่างอื่นเพื่อให้การพักหรือสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการมีอะไรนอกเหนือจากการไม่ได้รับที่ดีพอ.. ควรจะทำแบบไหน
การตัดสินใจหรือการแก้ไขทางความรู้สึกลูกค้ายังไม่มีความสามารถมากพอจริง ไม่ทราบว่าทางโรงแรมเป็นผู้บริการเองหรือว่าเป็นพนักงานกะหรือยังไง แต่พูดจาสุภาพค่ะ มีแค่เรื่องห้องเท่านั้นที่เราไม่ได้รับการแก้ปัญหา ดีหน่อยว่าอยู่ไม่นาน ก็คิดว่าออกไปเลยแล้วกันสบายใจกว่า... เสียดายมากๆเพราะมองเห็นว่าโรงแรมสวยจากภาพ ห้องสวย วิวรอบๆน่าจะดีมากๆ พอเจอแบบนี้ โรงแรมควรเช็คห้องพักให้มากขึ้นว่าห้องไหนเป็นยังไงนี่แบบ รู้สึกว่ามันจะเคยเป็นแต่ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขมาก่อนค่ะ จากที่สังเกตุ

ประทับใจมาก บรรยากาศโรงแรมดีสุดๆ เงียบสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย อาีมณ์เหมือนอยู่บ้าน การต้อนรับอบอุ่น มีคาเฟ่ขนมเค้กอร่อย แต่แอบเสียดาย amenities ไม่ค่อยครบครัน 💖👍🏻✨

在這酒店住了半個多月，真的太喜歡了，裝修風格和我家很像，住在這裏像回家一樣，卧室衞生間都很大，全明格局，一個面向花園的小陽台，每天都坐在自己的陽台上吃早餐曬太陽，真的好舒服，泳池也很好，這個酒店適合不是第一次來清邁的人，我和我媽媽每年都會來清邁住一個月，所以我們對古城需求不大，我們來清邁主要就是泡温泉，租台車，隔天就會開45公里去泡温泉，要不然就是開車上山，所以如果你是第一次來清邁不建議住這裏，但是如果你來清邁不是為了遊客行衹是為了養生，這裏真的很棒

โรงแรมบริการดี มีรถจักรยานให้ขี่รอบโรงแรม สระว่ายน้ำอยากว่ายแต่หนาวเกินค่ะ อาหารเช้าเป็นชุดให้จัดจานสังกะสี แบบไทยๆ เก๋ดีนะคะ ห้องนอนใหญ่มาก ชอบใจมี Jacuzzi ด้วย อากาศดีงามพักผ่อนสบายใจ

整體是蘭納歐式風格。跟前台小哥聊天，酒店由清邁著名設計師設計，設計師還有一家酒店不對外開放。很喜歡那些角櫃，五斗櫃，以及放在桌上的青花瓷裝飾罐子。地磚，天花板，彩色玻璃門有明顯的南洋特色。300不到的價格含早餐，送了一人份的下午茶。服務員都很願意幫助顧客，一開始我的grab不能用，每天外出都是請服務員幫忙打車，回來的時候通過line請服務員幫忙打車。
唯一不足的是酒店地址，一是處於清邁城市的南邊，離吃飯的地方遠，二是酒店沒有餐廳，衹有咖啡廳提供早餐。我和孩子買了一些7-11快餐放酒店冰箱，餓了請服務員加熱。自己開車住這裏才方便。
但是靠近南邊也有好處，比如清邁夜間動物園，生薑農場都近的。

這是清邁航東區比較經濟實惠的安靜酒店，離市區古城有點遠，所以看自己需求。不過離網紅愛麗絲夢遊仙境餐廳比較近
