Resort Apple Flower by Manali Mall Road

-＞ Worst ever stay we ever had in our 10+ years of visiting tourist destinations. -＞ Price charged was Rs.4500 and the facilities offered in the room were not even Rs.500 -＞ Faulty toilet seat and water jet. -＞ No warm water, no electric kettle, no room heater, no heating pad, absolutely nothing offered which usually comes at this price point -＞ Promised a complimentary breakfast but bought some 3-4 food items from a nearby local shop and delivered it after more than 45 minutes post multiple requests & reminders. -＞ No door lock in the main door and washroom, simply a small door ledge with sharp edges which unfortunately pierced my thumb leading to an injury. -＞ When we checked-in the room late in the evening around 7.30 PM, they allotted us a room where the washroom repair work was in progress and the plumber/manager did not even ensured/cared whether the fault was repaired or not. This led to water leakage in the washroom area and thus long time for the water storage tank to get filled. -＞ No storage compartments in side tables, shaky bed, no side lamps, no soft lights, absolutely nothing which usually is considered a 'basic' offering at this price point and is written in their property description. -＞ There is no river or mountain view from the balcony of this property due to multiple other properties which have blocked the views. -＞ Definitely it seems that they have arranged fake reviews to boost their property rating and it is a clear case of fraud and manipulation. Finally, I will urge all prospective travelers to not fall in their trap by looking at fancy colors of their room walls or the color of the sofa kept inside the room.
