We spent two nights, 3/1-2/2024. Breakfast selection was ok, have had better. The most upset part is, our room did not have a fridge, we traveled as a family so that is inconvenient without a fridge. When my husband asked the girl at the front desk, she said they will bring us one the next day. That didn’t happened. Second is the pool, it is not heated. Went to told the same girl at the front desk, all she said was they are waiting for it to be fixed. I wish they had a sign to put up. I asked is there a manager on duty, she said he does not come often…..
I have never stayed at a hotel, seeing a receptionist left the counter and sit on the sofa and on her phone. My two nights stay I seen her do that more than twice. That make me wonder, is it really hard to hire people nowadays, try the older lady who work at the convenience store by the gas station.
