Great stay at The Mill. Welcoming hosts, plenty of parking. Room amenities are very generous and welcoming. The alpacas are a bonus! Breakfast was great with plenty of options of continental and cooked items. A lovely place to stay and we will definitely return.

Was greeted with a warm welcome and made at home…The room was excellent… cleanliness of the room was exceptional and well supplied with goodies in a jar and a good selection of drinks. Surroundings are beautiful sat outside in the garden and listen to the river flowing very relaxing…..will be recommending to family and friends.

Just spent a very happy week in the self-catering flat here, its a return visit as it is a gorgeous spot to visit. The view from the rooms is over to the woods and is very tranquil. We were greeted by one of the alpacas on several days and they are a delight, as are the robins and blue tits that were just pottering about on the balcony. (When people talk about peaceful spaces this is what they should mean). The accommodation is spacious and very well appointed, comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. We opted for Helen's breakfast a couple of times as the spread she puts on which is standard for their b&b guests is amazing, delicious and very generous, with a wide variety of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread as well as cooked to order breakfasts (wish I had taken a photo of the table as it always looks so colourful and inviting). Feel very spoilt afterwards. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about area whether its where to eat, what to visit etc and Helen also does catering if required. Will definitely be returning soon, the feeling of well rested and restored is wonderful.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at The Mill. The room was fabulous and thoughtfully allocated. It is well decorated and the shower was great. Then there is breakfast - amazing! Everything was perfect and in a really relaxed way the Helen and Matt helped us far beyond any hotel service experienced. Thank you:) The Alpacas also provide a bit of extra viewing. We cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back,

We had a superb stay at The Mill. The beds were extremely comfortable, the accommodation was clean, warm and stylish whilst the breakfast really was as good as it gets. Helen and Matt have created a luxury holiday B&B that rivals all the hotels in the area. Their professionalism shines through and we will definitely be booking again.

This was the second time i have stayed at the Mill, over the years i have stayed at a lot of B&B's and the Mill is right up there at the top. The rooms are fantastic and everything you need is there, its the attention to detail that stands out. The beds are very comfortable and i had a great nights sleep both times. The breakfast in the morning set me up for the day, great coffee and a full cooked breakfast hit the spot. All the food is cooked to order and top quality, the location is beautiful and i will certainly be staying again when back down in this part of Wales. 10/10

This is the best b & b I've ever stayed in, unfortunately it was only for 1 night. The rooms are very spacious and well kept , with a great selection of drinks and snacks. The location is a little remote but we'll worth the quietness. The hosts were very friendly and made you feel very welcome they both work tirelessly to keep the property in top condition. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and well cooked....probably the best one I've had (apart from the wife's). Definitely well worth the stay if your in the area just wish we had been staying a bit longer. Would definitely stay again if I'm down that way. Thanks for a great stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at the mill to be hosted by Helen and Matt. The hospitality is second to none, the location is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent! Helen and Matt even left a selection box out for each of our two young girls on their arrival. Lots of little touches like that make staying here an absolute must! See you again in April on our next visit!

We stayed here for one night 27th -28th May 2023… Helen and Matthew are wonderful hosts. On arrival we were met by both Helen and Matthew, we both instantly felt at home and welcome. We were shown to our room, Exceptionally high standards of cleanliness….everything we required was at hand. Excellent tea/coffee trolley and lots of goodies. High end toiletries. Bed was clean and extremely comfortable….and breakfast….WOW!!! Set in wonderful surroundings thus place is a real gem that people have obviously been keeping rather quiet. My husband and I have stayed at many places….and the way that Helen and Matthew welcome you and the setting of the accommodation…it’s just wonderful. We can truly understand why they are four in a bed winners!!! We will be back!! Michelle and Nick xx
