The landlord is nice, the house is clean, it is convenient to buy daily necessities, the transportation is convenient, and the parking is convenient. 房子很大，清潔度比上不足比下有餘，不是有潔癖的話應該能接受，房主很熱情，出門帶路，幫忙提行李，有求必應，就是梅州的景點分佈太散了，這裏離葉劍英元帥最近，參觀完後駕車一個多小時去花萼樓，完了再駕車一個多小時去鬆口古鎮，再駕車差不多6小時回廣州，實在太廢車了

房子好大，100平方一套，三房一廳，我們六人同行，太經濟實惠了😄😄服務也好，最好自帶洗護用品。老闆有自己的飯店，旁邊也很多飯店，早餐在旁邊的飯店吃本地梅州醃麪，人均15元。

房間面積大，住着舒服，就是遇上雨夜，雨水💦打在星鐵皮上好像下冰雹，床鋪很乾爽，電視📺沒什麼可看的的節目，好在我們買了撲克，也玩的興高采烈
