The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The shower had a small amount of water. There is no shuttle from Miami Airport to the hotel, but the hotel provides a paid service from the cruise port, which is eight dollars per person and is quite convenient.

The front desk is on the sixth floor. No one is on duty on the first floor after dinner. The notices are inconspicuous. I just met two beauties and asked. The corridor carpet is a bit old, and the facilities in the room are newly renovated and very comfortable.

We arrived several hours before check in and the kind staff safely stored our luggage until check in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us tix for a 2 free drinks in the lobby bar. The hotel was beautiful and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants. There was a grocery store and a 7 eleven. They also had a shuttle and Uber was a cheap option as well. The room was clean and spacious… I really loved the beautiful bathroom too. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Miami

Security outside the building was confronting. Would have given 5 stars, but arrived at 4pm and had to wait another hour before our room was ready. The pool is deceiving larger until photos online it is a real person.
