The staff were friendly on arrival. If some one couldn't answer a question they will find someone to help. The hotel is positioned away from downtown but a good mid point between YUL Airport and town. The metro is 5 mins walk to get to town.
There are shops close by and a supermarket for food and snacks. There are a few local restaurants that i didn't try but the area is well pedestrianised. There's a good clothes outlet nearby.
The pool was nice and clean but prepare for the cold temperature!

出差這麼多年，第一次給差評，住店第三天房間的東西被偷了，一衹蔚來的挎肩包，一個電動刮鬍刀，一包一次性內褲，還有一個客户送我的禮物，都被拿了，蓋住禮物的紙倒被留下來了。因為房間裏床重新鋪好了，水池也打掃過了，所以要麼是打掃衞生的員工拿走的，或者員工打掃衞生的時候有人走進來拿走了，因為這幾樣東西放在房間裏不同地方，比如刮鬍刀是放在洗手間了，所以基本衹可能是打掃衞生的員工偷走了的。幸好我出去的時候把其他重要的東西都帶走了，真沒想到連一次性內褲都要偷走。圖片是客户送我的禮物外麪包的紙。報告經理，經理慢悠悠的讓我等了半個小時才來。也查不出是誰拿的。也就不了了之了，出差這麼多年，真的第一次遇到這麼無語的事情。

但床墊很不好睡
一整夜都聽到走廊的聲音
非常嘈吵 被嘈醒了好幾次
房間內所有牙刷牙膏日用品都是要在下面拿
有點不方便

這什麼房間2000塊，窗户外被擋了一堵牆，憋屈的。我跟前台説可不可以樓層高一些，前台説，這麼多人排隊，我不能給你選房子。
沒有牙刷牙膏，沒有拖鞋，洗髮水沐浴露都非常差品質，洗不乾淨。不會來住了。去每個景點都7km以上。
