I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only rude, but one attempted to overcharge me by adding 50,000 rubles to the room rate. Thank goodness I had printed my booking confirmation to expose their deceit. The concierge, a blonde man with glasses, was equally unpleasant. He displayed blatant racism, treating Arab guests rudely while showing preferential treatment to European visitors. Moreover, he walked away mid-conversation to attend to other guests, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Additionally, the exchange company affiliated with them stole 10,000 QR from me, conveniently omitting any record of the transaction on paper. The receptionist even joined in mocking me when I confronted them about the theft. Sadly, it seems this dishonesty extends to other guests, as another family was also robbed of 10,000 Dirhams. Avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel stands out in Moscow after the departure of many well-known chains and Brands. Oasis in Msk. Today it can compete only with Four Seasons. The staff is not bad, there are of course a couple of personalities not very hospitable, but they have always been. So in general, the settlement went as usual. In general, the staff tries to solve all your questions. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, but I would recommend adding a couple of dishes from the menu, not everyone likes the buffet. The buffet is really good. There is a children's room, but the Animator is a boring girl. The spa is good at the level of the best hotels. One minus is not possible with children, it's very sad, because kids sometimes behave better than some adults. The Spa complex is constantly monitored, towels are cleaned, the floor is wiped, in general they try as best they can, water is always available. Good quality fitness room. Restaurants at the hotel OVO and MeGumi are good, you can drink tea and coffee in the Lobby Bar. There are Club rooms with access to the Lounge. Room service is ok. Underground parking. Security is very attentive. Overall 5* Koreans Well done. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect in every detail. Amazing place, friendly staff, excellent SPA and breakfast. Fully equipped room, modern and very clean. Dyson hair dryer in SPA center. 3 minutes from metro and 20 minutes by taxi.

It was my second stay in this hotel for a week. Everything from the very first to the last second was amazing. The most friendly and helpful stuff, butler service is just beyond expectations. Breakfast is still the best that I have ever had. Restaurants, butlers, conceirge, recepcion girls, cleaning ladies, spa just wonderful! Will come back for sure ! The best hotel in Moscow ! Irina

The food is amazing, especially lunch and dinner, and the rooms are really comfy. Enjoyed it greatly, so did our business partners. We also organised a fair here, and the staff was really professional and welcoming. Any issue that might have occurred was handled fast and to our liking.

Five-star hotel in the center of Moscow on Novinsky Boulevard. Rich interiors, there are several cafes on the ground floor. Great service. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID infection - temperature at the entrance, you must present a QR code, maintain a social distance.

Lotte hotel was great! the service was very attentive at all times. the hotel is beautiful with elegant decoration. the breakfast is delicious and the spa is 5 stars! it was so relaxing enjoying the sauna and the pool almost daily and thank you to the amazing service of the girls at the entrance of the spa, they were always so helpful and welcoming!

I was have been to Russia many times throughout my modelling career and my love of ballet, art, culture, traditions and faith among other things. I always had pleasant people and met people in positions I’d never thought I’d meet. Who were so kind. Very safe. Very kind. I actually had 1 female officer and 1 male officer on my 3rd night actually follow me to keep me protected in areas I’d wanted to visit. Highly recommend the hotel as well. It’s such a beautiful country. People have goggles on eyes for seeing bad in Russia and #Russia is AMAZING! And, the men are gentlemen and good looking. If you have class and culture and enjoy arts and seeing a lot of beautiful stunning churches and museums among other things (ski hill) you’ll LOVE ❤️ - Be back in July
