Хотели посетить даный отель парой. Дозвониться не удалось даже с 5 попытки,хотя номер указан как основной +74992771009. Так как мы были на авто,относительно не далеко,решили туда все таки заехать. Подошли на ресепшн,там никого не оказалось. Снова начали звонить прям у админ.стойки.Увы телефонный звонок никто так и не услышал,хотя мы слышали звонки. Пошли искать по зданию хоть кого -то. Вышла женщина,сказала,что администратор спит,и ее попытаются разбудить. В конечном итоге ее разбудили.Но к нам она так и не вышла.Общалась с нами через стенку.Спросив ее почему сотрудник не отвечает на звонки,ответ поразил,цитирую-"номеров свободных нет,поэтому на звонки не отвечаю".Потом появился молодой человек,и начал нас снимать на камеру в телефоне,зачем,не понятно.В итоге мы уехали. Руководству пожелание объяснить сотрудникам,что с таким отношением номера будут снимать сами сотрудники. Никому не рекомендую!!!

Был в Москве 3 дня в командировке. Выбор пал на этот «Зелёный палас», так как нужно было ежедневно кататься во Внуково. Давайте начнём с плюсов: большой номер, наличие мыльнорыльных принадлежностей, так же есть бесплатный трансфер, рядом аэропорт Внуково. Минусы, а их намного больше: отвратительный завтрак с минимальным выбором позиций, в номерах не убираются, напор воды в душе - это просто тонкая струйка и трансфер один раз не приехал к назначенному времени. В номере отсутствовали холодильник и кресло, хотя должны были быть. Так же за это все просят 6000 рублей в сутки ) Абсолютно непонятно, за что здесь берут такие деньги?
