The hotel's smart speaker can control the lighting, which is very atmospheric. My check-in experience was very satisfying, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. The hotel's facilities are all very new, and I'll recommend it to my colleagues. It's rare to find hotels with air conditioning in Sydney, so I was very pleased with this choice. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. The transportation is very convenient, and it's very close to the Qinghai Museum! However, it takes too long for the shower to get hot water, and the drain is too slow, causing water to overflow into the vanity area!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation. The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage. Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful. I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again.

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

Enjoying such a delicious, hot breakfast in the morning truly brightens your day. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and night markets. At check-out, the front desk staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and any potential areas for improvement. This level of attention to detail and commitment to feedback truly won me over. All in all, this was an extremely satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!
