GGuest UserThe hotel is well-equipped and offers a complimentary afternoon tea featuring their signature eight-treasure covered bowl tea, along with some simple dried fruits and fresh fruits. The staff are exceptionally polite and the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room allows you to control the lights. The room itself is very clean and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon check-in, they even provided free yogurt, which is a delicious local Qinghai specialty. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats).
I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Housekeeping did an excellent job; the room was spotless and completely free of any odors. The staff provided attentive service throughout my stay, proactively offering directions and always with a gentle demeanor. The location is a huge plus, with the airport shuttle stop conveniently located right downstairs, making transfers to and from the airport super easy and stress-free. Being on a high floor, the views were expansive; the city skyline during the day was impressive, and at night, the cityscape twinkled beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center. Although there are parking spaces, there are fewer parking spaces. Parking is a bit troublesome. Fortunately, the store manager is very enthusiastic, the command service is very thoughtful, and the car is stopped smoothly. Room hygiene is not bad. But this hotel has three flaws. One is that there is no hand-held shower, and there is no way to do local cleaning. The second is that there is a step between the room and the aisle, and it is easy to trip up at night. The third is that the hot water is not good. The water in the two wash basins is not hot. Finally, the warm water comes, which is not hot water. In addition, the breakfast variety is not delicious, I want a bowl of noodles, the small bowl is very mini, put a little egg crush, two fingernail-sized tomatoes, no taste, very difficult to eat. Soy milk tastes wrong, a little about to feel. Also, when checking in, she said that the room I booked was on the 6th floor, and there was KTV on the 34th floor. It would be noisy. Let me add money to upgrade to the 10th floor. I said no, I slept late, she said that KTV only started at zero, and was forced to add 15 yuan, very speechless. I regretted living in. These problems were the first time I encountered them in Xinjiang for more than 30 days.

SSee LimWe stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation.
The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage.
Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful.
I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again.

GGuest UserI am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues:
The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall.
One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early.
Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here .
