Extremely convenient location! Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

When I booked, I read the reviews saying that the service was not good. However, we did not experience this at all when we checked in. The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and bright rooms, comfortable bedding, and high-speed WiFi to improve the experience. The sanitation is superb, there are no dead corners in the corners, the linen is as white as new, and the bathroom is clean and odorless. The service is intimate, the front desk is efficient and welcoming, and the rooms are responsive. The environment is quiet and elegant, the lobby design is simple and atmospheric, the scenery outside the window is pleasant, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the overall feeling is excellent, I will definitely come again next time!

The room environment is really great, and the customer service is very polite! The room service is also very tactful. They will ask on WeChat if the room needs to be cleaned every day. The disposable items will be quietly placed at the door during the noon time. The room service will not knock on the door casually. The privacy is very good, which is great!

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
