From the moment I walked in, I felt the genuine service. There's underground and above-ground parking, and you just need to swipe your card at the front desk before driving out. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The housekeeping team thoughtfully left a handwritten card and complimentary Qinghai specialty yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful. It's very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque, which has incredibly unique architecture. The Xi'nanguan Night Market is also nearby, perfect for a stroll.

Awesome inn, with an ancient charm. The service staff will warmly escort you to your room. Unfortunately, the restaurant is just outside the window of the room. The strong smell of the kitchen accompanied us all night. The room was very hot.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

Although the room showed some age, it was spacious and tidy, with soft bedding. The bathroom, with its wet and dry separation, was a big plus. The facilities were complete, and there was even a humidifier – the attention to detail was excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, along with authentic Qinghai specialties like Liangpi (cold noodles), yak yogurt, and butter tea. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, patiently assisting with taxi bookings and recommending sightseeing routes. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining!

The room environment is really great, and the customer service is very polite! The room service is also very tactful. They will ask on WeChat if the room needs to be cleaned every day. The disposable items will be quietly placed at the door during the noon time. The room service will not knock on the door casually. The privacy is very good, which is great!

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
