Onsen Glamping ShimaBlue

About 30 minutes by taxi from JR Nakanojo Station, beyond the Shima Onsen town, go further towards the mountains to reach this hot spring glamping facility. It looks very stylish. The room was clean and well protected from the cold. The Shima River was right in front of me, and it felt like glamping in an unexplored region. We had a BBQ on the terrace at night. I wasn't used to using the equipment, but there was an instruction sheet, so I followed the instructions and was able to use it without any problems. The vegetables and meat were delicious, and the breakfast was stylish and the taste and volume were just right. Since it was winter, I didn't have to worry about bugs, so I just wore thick clothes so I wouldn't catch a cold (Because I'm going in and out of the BBQ, it was essential to protect against the cold). It's not perfect, but I think it was just the right customer service to get away from everyday life. Leave your room? The hot springs at are great and the temperature was just right. As for some negative points, transportation is bad anyway because it is a "unexplored area". The transportation to and from this facility departs from and arrives at the Shima Onsen bus stop, but there are only two regular buses per hour between the Shima Onsen bus stop and Nakanojo Station, and tourists have to get on the bus in a jam-packed manner. In addition, the area around the Shima Onsen bus stop and Nakanojo station was devastatingly empty. It is impossible to kill time either way. First of all, I think that Shima Onsen and the area around Nakanojo Station should be managed as a system to accept tourists, but if the situation like the improvement of the town continues**, at least pick up and drop off at Nakanojo Station. I want. Even if you charge a little more for that, I think the attraction as a facility will go up. There must be a certain number of people who want to go glamping in winter, but don't want to drive on snowy roads, so I'd like you to do something about the convenience of transportation.

I stayed at Apple Orange with my family of four. The a**osphere of the room was extraordinary and the children were very happy. The a**osphere is good with an open-air bath. However, there are quite a few insects in the room, so I definitely do not recommend it to those who dislike insects. BBQ is easy and easy with all the ingredients and equipment provided. It's a pretty big volume, so if your child is small, you may think, "I don't need this much meat😩." Bring-in NG (OK if you pay the carry-in fee) should be relaxed a little more. Alcohol is too expensive. Overall, cost performance is bad and satisfaction is not good enough.

Although it is in nature, it looked like a campsite built on a vacant lot in the countryside to me, which surprised me a little. On the other hand, the bus stop is right in front of the place, so it is very easy to access. The staff are all efficient and kind. We had a pleasant stay.
