When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good! The quality of management staff's work and customer service quality need to be improved (to be worthy of the hotel brand's image among customers).

Set Loft Suit for three nights, very amazing! The location is excellent (the first shake shack in the park downstairs), and good restaurants nearby can walk. The room type is square and the electrical facilities are complete. The lobby checkin is waiting for drinks, and the elevator diversion is very user-friendly (because I don't like sharing elevators with strangers). The bedding and bathrobe texture are so comfortable! On the 25th floor, you can see the Empire State Building directly on one side of the window on both sides, and the sunset view of the skyline on the other side. room service is also great, the only downside is that the phone answering is slower (basically it takes three times to answer). We checked out at 5 am and the waiters were enthusiastic to help us take our luggage to the car. Very comfortable experience, the overall feeling is much better than the Times Square tour in all aspects, has booked a room for the next few days, still live here.

”Hip” and ”boutique” has become a metaphor for dirty and unclean. The ”hotel room” was bare bones, dirty, with previous guests used personal toys left behind end tables. The small kitchen was barely usable - no under cabinet lighting, no dishwasher, small fridge, coffee maker dirty and unclean, same for the broken toaster, no dishwashing soap for even the small amount of utensils and glassware. No effort was made to clean underneath the bed; the bed itself sagged. The room view is into tenement like housing (if I wanted a West Side Story experience, I would go to the theater rather than pay for this cheap ...calling it a hotel is a stretch). The balcony is a joke (at worse a hazard (make sure the balcony door is locked.) The corner space between the top mattress and boxspring was dirty, crumbs, dust, etc - clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned since the Roosevelt administration. Wi-Fi is subpar. Another effort by a non-corporate hospitality company (or whoever owns this dump) to milk tourists who come to New York by renovating whatever this building used to be into a sub standard ”hotel” rooms and skating by on ”location.”

Great location in Midtown, just blocks from the Empire State Building, Macy's, and several dining and breakfast options. Easy walk to subway and even Times Square (20 minutes). Rooms are small, but clean and very comfortable. (We were impressed by how much storage space was available in the room.) Amenities are not fancy (small restaurant with limited options, small gym), but it's an excellent starting point for exploring the city. There was some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, but none from outside.

Amazing hotel in the best area , close to everything . Hotel itself clean , cute cozy. Room is very decent, we see the Empire State from our room , breakfast has hot and cold stuff and to go food if you want for a snack , I loved their coffee. People from reception, breakfast team, housekeeping are decent , helpful and working hard. They hv a cozy cute table downstairs for a drink or the 26th floor which is the top notch to see NY and direct to the Empire State. My only recommendation pls do a deep clean for the carpet in z rooms as we noted stains . I def recommended and will go there again and again

Must talk about it. Hotel location, service and hygiene, not to mention, anyway, generally pass. The breakfast was really good, things were basically the same every day, and I was tired for six days. By the way, breakfast is free to eat, no matter your room rate includes breakfast, just go down to the first floor to eat, no one cares, no breakfast coupons. What I want to say this time is that the hotel's checkout will not be refunded if you charge more! It was a very irresponsible and unreasonable hotel. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, a part was returned, and Ctrip helped me to pay the rest. Thanks for Ctrip's support! The hotel received $ 162.76, but in the end it charged me $ 413.41, more than $ 250! The pre-authorization at check-in was only $ 187.76, and the front desk had no objection to the pre-authorization account at check-out. The remaining part was charged without my knowledge after leaving. What is the difference between stealing and stealing? And they are all received by mistake, and some fees are repeatedly collected. Later, with the help and coordination of Ctrip, the hotel promised to refund some of the fees that were repeatedly charged, and the overcharge of the front desk staff caused by their own mistakes was 125 dollars, and it was not refundable! Landed in JFK pretty late but check in around midnight was smooth. There was no doorman at the entrance so I had to carry a huge luggage up the stairs to the hotel lobby to check in. The hotel room was tiny and had barely the space to keep my luggage but the room itself was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Checking out was equally smooth and quick as checking in. Overall it was a pretty good short stay for a pretty jet lagged traveler.

Perfect location, in a great neighborhood, with easy subway excess and great food options all around. Great rooms, we had the quietest stay with best sleep here in NY (compared to 5 other hotels during our trip). After checkout, the staff continued to be just perfect hosts, storing luggage until the end of the day and allowing us to freshen up, have a coffee and wait for our taxi (arranged by hotel). I booked the suite room and it was located on the 17th floor. The room was spacious. The carpet was dirty and sticky but I wore flip flops. The bedsheets smelled weird but I didn’t pay much mind to it, assuming that it might’ve just been the laundry detergent they used. Their was something wrong with the pipe in the bathroom toilet, causing the toilet to not flush properly, and ultimately their was a leak in the toilet causing water to go all over the bathroom floors. I called the front desk and someone came and fixed it; along with cleaning the bathroom floors, but the flush was still an issue and wasn’t working properly throughout my stay. Housekeeping and room service is nonexistent. If you want your room cleaned you have to call the front desk. Not enough toilet paper or towels in the rooms, even in the suites. After leaving the hotel, I noticed my entire upper arm was covered in red bumps! I was appalled, and confused as to what may have caused this. Then today I checked the reviews for this hotel and a woman had left a review of the same thing happening to her after leaving this hotel. (She had also stayed in a suite, but on the 16th floor) I went to the doctor and he said that it could just be eczema but not sure; I’m guessing it might not be that, considering that this happened to another woman who stayed in a suite room at this hotel too. This lead me to believe that they either do not wash their sheets, or it’s the detergent they used that may have caused an allergic reaction. So far I haven’t seen any reviews of this happening to people that stayed in any of the other rooms, only the ones that stayed in the suites; so it can’t be the detergent, assuming they use the same detergent for all their rooms. Like I said, the bedsheets did smell very weird and gross. Unbelievable, unhygienic, and unacceptable. Do not stay here!!! The only good thing about this place was the friendly staff at the front desk, the views, and the location. Other than that, it’s very unhygienic and unkept. I also never received the breakfast voucher each person is supposed to get when they stay. No concierge or doorman either! Terrible stay. You can stay at a much better, CLEANER hotel in New York.
