Everything was great except the tv could have been larger then it was a 50 in tv would have been much nicer otherwise every thing else was good room was clean and laid out well. Hotel was quiet and was within walking distance to any thing you could need.

Wrappers were on the floor by the fridge and under the desk. Stand up lamp did not have a knob to turn on or off. TV had only one channel. We asked the front desk twice for assistance. We were told it was the city that shut down the service, but the hotel paid for the one channel. Jet tub was not working(no jets) and we were told “that’s how it runs”. Air vents were locked down tight, so we could not get aeration. No Kleenex in the room. Only one shampoo and soap fo a 2 night stay for two guests. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.

The hotel was fairly clean and in good shape - clean bathroom . Nice basic breakfast included in the stay - enough to get you going to start the day.

I have stayed at many hotels in Niagara Falls, this hotel is one of good one , comparing cost vs benefits. Had no issue during my stay.

Lovely stay in a king size jacuzzi room.
Close to Clifton Hill (15 min walk).
Most areas of the hotel are in good repair but not perfect if you need that.
Comfortable bed, adequate breakfast included, allowed later checkout (noon).

Had to wait forever to check in. Initial person could not help. Unstaffed desk at 6pm ? Come on.... Our takeout food was ice cold by the time we made it to the room. TV remote also very weird not obvious how to actually get channels and none of the guide or home buttons worked. Wrong remote for the TV maybe ?
