The staff was less than helpful!!! The girl was always away from her desk...She wouldn't even let us switch to one day earlier to go to the Waterpark because it was closing the next day due to covid....thankfully the manager did it for us.

Night time has some kids knock the door and run away couple times until midnight. Not only my room . Every room . No security check .

My family and I had an awesome stay at the hotel and waterpark. My 3 kids loved the bunkbed and awesome for a family of five. Complaints, the waterpark package only comes in 4 passes and have to purchase another one, would be great if they just added the one pass. Another one is the parking fee, It was a surprise fee for me, the hotel should mention on the booking that you have to pay for parking. Other than those things mentioned, we had a good time. Thank you

So bad, our key not working and we cannot go inside in our room and we wait 6 hour before they open, also the receptionist is unrespectfull

We were disappointed to find out that the indoor water park was not open the days we booked. Since we booked through ******* we did not go onto skylines website. ******* should have had this information clearly posted on their website if they were aware. This was a big disappointment for our little ones. We ended up leaving the hotel early and booking at another on that had an indoor pool.

There was significant disruptive noise throughout the night from drunken guests and children that lasted until 2 in the morning. Hotel was notified twice of this issue, and did not do anything to help resolve the noise despite assuring quiet hours would start at 10 pm.

We enjoyed the stay and location. Check in was a bit of a challenge but nothing that ruined our stay. Parking is a bit of an issue and I think the cost should be included with the stay. Otherwise we were happy with the hotel overall and the location

It was really fun and my kids enjoyed the water park! The only thing I didn’t really like was the room because it was pretty small but overall it was an amazing experience!
