I stayed at the property for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, rooms cleaned and I received great recommendations on places to see and eat in the area! The property is located in near the water so awesome views!

Rubin at the front desk was amazing! Helped with the parking directions and assisted with everything we needed and was very nice to interact with. The room was amazing. We will be back for sure.

This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the front desk staff were efficient and the cleaning staff were amazing. We had our room tidied up for us daily which was so great. When booking I saw some complaints about noise due to the construction happening downstairs. I’d say this wasn’t a problem, if anything it was more to be heard around 8am at the earliest point. Our room was right near the entrance door, which made for a bit of a noisy a**osphere but it wasn’t over the top and if you don’t really care about that stuff like us, it was all good. The Lonsdale Quay area had lots to offer - good food, shops, and views. Everything you’d need is within walking distance, and the seabus is right there as well to access Downtown Vancouver. I’ll be coming back here in the future!

The rooms were clean with nice views, the beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic lots to do in the shipyards area, and easy to jump on the seabus if you’d like to do to the downtown core. The furniture and bathroom could use a little upgrade, but the room was incredibly clean. There was a problem with the AC in our room, we reported it before we left. Overall, great place to stay!

Researching this hotel I found some reviews quite negative and beyond belief. These people were clearly not staying at the same hotel I was. The staff went out of their way for me. Everything in and around Lonsdale Quay is excellent. I would absolutely recommend.

So easy to commute from YVR. Comfortable room, quiet, good breakfast with coupons off. Nice area to walk in.

Needed a place to crash after getting off a late flight from YVR and having to catch a ferry from Horseshoe Bay the next day. Honestly had such a good sleep. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Quite a view to wake up to in the morning too! The bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade. No need to have such a large water tank on the toilets, especially in this day and age of water conservation. I’ll definitely be back again to really explore the area.

Parked in the parking that is public and hotel shared, no signs to say display ticket, came down the following morning with a violation ticket for not displaying ticket on my windshield.
Now going through the appeal process, total inconvenience.

Danni the night audit was wonderful and has a great smile.
I feel it wasnt super clean when i checked in but the second day/night was super clean.
Overall i love this hotel everytime i come.
