Our accommodation was exceptional because of welcoming staff including the receptionist mr nader and the bell man And the active animations team especially belal & pepsi And the kids area was amazing with a caring staff 🥰🥰 The rooms were clean Excellent value for money😍😍❤️

The stuff are really friendly and helpful.. I like the greenery, the quiteness of the place and the animation team and the DJ were so much fun! The only down side is the repetitive food everyday.. No much variety in the menu, same sauteed vegetables everyday.

It is a very good, clean and comfortable place with very very friendly staff, they have variety in food every meal with good quality and taste, the animation team was very perfect with different shows and activity at morning and night, and the best thing in this place that it is a good compilation between the camp vibes and hotel quality and service so I recommend it to anybody who needs to be happy 😍😍

Was a good idea to spend my free time in that place l, maybe in the future I'll come here again but with my family this time, good treat from all the people here except this one in the reception, maybe he was the only bad thing there, I don't know his position here but I didn't like his way in talking or serving, I think he has more permissions than the others and he uses that in a bad way since the first hour for me here, but overall it was good time for me here, I think I'll repeat it soon

Very amazing trip , animation team was very good specially Pepsi , Hossam ,Bellal , Shaymaa and Ghada . We will return back again because of this superb animation team . Restaurant was very good , main chef was very professional and the food was very tasty . Special thanks to Chef Khaled , Chef Abdallah , Chef Emam , Chef Khaled Sayed , Mr Mohamed Tharwat ,Mr Youssef from restaurant . Mr Mohamed from reception .

My experience was really amazing and it met my expectations. The staff is unbelievably friendly. Very nice beach with an amazing view to the mountains. What I really loved the most is the landscape. They really care about it to look clean and well organized. They always check on you and ask for your feedback to make sure you are enjoying your stay. I will definitely rebook again at this hotel.
