Volvimos 3 años después y todo sigue igual, excepto que ahora hay Wifi que funciona como debe ser en las habitaciones. El desayuno muy bueno y el precio para estar tan cerca de Donosti y Hondarribia está bien. Se agradece el parking, volveremos en verano si es posible.

Le patron est très très désagréable quand à la chambre d'hôtel , c'est vieux et sale( poussière partout, salle de bain sale, moisi au dessus de la baignoire, odeur de renfermé et moisi dans l'armoire. Grille de fenêtre très sale. Petit déjeuner sans pain ( uniquement du pain de mie acheté au supermarché . À 90€ la nuit ça laisse à désirer sans parler de l'insonorité des chambres. Très déçu.

No me dejaron comer el bocadillo que pedí en la habitación... parece ser que el personal de servicio se queja de las migas. Los datos del móvil no van, no hay cobertura y el WiFi en las habitaciones tampoco.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht (100,-€ pro Zi.). Die Zimmer in diesem Trakt, direkt unterm Dach, siehe Foto, waren trotz der Sommerhitze nicht gekühlt. Folglich waren sie brütend heiß. Die Matratzen lagen auf klapperigen Bettgestellen und quietschten bei jeder Bewegung vernehmlich. Wir zogen die Matratzen auf den Boden. Einen Schnarcher nebenan hörten wir 1:1. Wenn in diesem Trakt jemand die Spülung benutzte oder den Wasserhahn aufdrehte, war dies ebenfalls deutlich zu hören. Schallschutz der Zwischenwände oder der technischen Leitungen gab es nicht. Solche Zimmer anzubieten, ist schlicht dreist. Auch der halbe Zimmerpreis wäre noch zuviel gewesen.

Accueil chaotique, agressif voire insultant sans aucune raison, on a pu voir que le réceptionniste était alcoolisé. Le soir les enfants sont sortis chercher une friandise à la machine en face et ils les a enfermé dehors ne voulant pas les laisser rentrer. Honteux !!!! Hôtel minable, personnel minable !!!!!!

Stanza con la porta del bagno scardinata che nn scorreva e funzionava da basculante senza chiudersi. Un cilindro di cuscino unico durissimo e altissimo. Wi fi che nn arriva in camera. Zero cordialità e interesse alle richieste di informazioni per la cena, considerato che il loro ristorante era chiuso.
