Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!!
Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.
The individual rooms are much better

Staying at savoy is like a second home now...warm welcome, delicious food and amazing people around what else one need for relaxing thank you Savoy for making it more memorable again. Spa therapy was rejuvenating See you soon next time.....

We had the best experience staying at Savoy Ooty. From the time we checked in till we left, there was nothing but excellent service from each staff member. Courteous, polite, efficient to perfection and prompt with all our needs. Hotel is so beautiful, cozy and fully equipped. Excellent and above excellent experience is how we summarise our stay. 11/10 if we can score.

It’s a nearly 200 year old property that’s very well kept by IHCL. The staff is very courteous and took care of all our needs including special food requests for our 6 year old. They also arrange cabs for nearby sight seeing at a reasonable price.

I had a fabulous time in Savoy Ooty. The property is extremely beautiful, very well maintained and picture perfect. Special thanks to Sharmila and team for ensuring the stay is pleasant. Ooty weather was very nice and never expected there would be bonfire in the month of May. Breakfast buffet is quite spread out with multiple choices and quite tasty. Must visit place in Ooty.

We stayed at the Savoy Ooty in April 2024, the entire stay was really amazing. The location, the cottages, the lush green lawn and the colorful flowers will take you back in time. The hospitality was just top notch. The food is amazing, especially the local selection. The staff at Savoy would do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Overall it was just an amazing break from the sweltering heat in Bangalore.
