Room is adequately furnished, but lighting is very poor (especially in the kitchen). Very limited kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware, Had to buy paper towels in hotel store for $5.00 (this should be provided). Reading lamp on couch was missing. One side of bedroom had poor internet access.
Room location was very far from elevator. Pool area was well furnished with chairs and upkeep.

Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue.
The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. The staff were super sweet and helpful. The resort is a short walk to eagle beach. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Aruba Resort to anyone.

We loved everything about the room and property. The staff is excellent. The location to the beach is not bad, maybe a 4 min walk thru the adjacent hotel lobby and courtyard.
The 1 negative we had is ,... while the adjacent hotel always seemes to have available beach chairs,, the Eagle was always out by 9 am, and to make it worse,....if your lucky enough to find one at sunset,, you will get tapped on the shoulder 2 minutes after the sun has set, to tell you he needs to take your chairs and lock them up for the night. Just an extra 30 to 60 minutes after the sun sets would be such a better experience. They collect them too early, and it doesn't seem to matter how special the moment may seem to you
Other than that, its a great value and a clean ,professional facility

Short walk through Lacabana to the beach
Their are quiet areas if you want them
Superfood is a short walk
Restaurants are walkable or a cheap cab ride $10 usually except on Sunday

Beautiful area, walkable, great swimming, clean and beautiful beaches, friendly, wonderful staff.
Food options are scares, very few vegetables and not many on the menu.
