Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi

It was very comfortable, with frequent cleaning and trash removal, low pillows available for rental, and the ability to use the lounge even after checking out. We were also able to borrow ReFa curling irons and had indoor wear available, which was very helpful in reducing the amount of luggage we had to carry. Also, the capsule and the bathroom are in the same space, so it's inevitable that you can hear everyday sounds. However, I think that's why they provide free earplugs, so it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use it again.

It was convenient to move around as it was located a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The building was very large and there was a public bathhouse, so I could relax in the evening after a long walk. I was able to rest comfortably. The staff were friendly and you could leave your luggage, so the location was very convenient and great. The room condition is clean and good, and although the height is low, it is spacious enough to sleep alone, so it is recommended for those traveling alone. However, the soundproofing is not good so please bring earplugs. (This is a chronic problem with capsule hotels, so I don’t think it’s a disadvantage.) Except for soundproofing, I am willing to visit again because the location, service, facilities, and cleanliness are all satisfactory for the price.

It's really great. Although it's a capsule, it's very complete and clean. It's worth a second visit if you want affordable prices. The front desk is very polite and attentive. In the evening, friends can gather in the tea room below.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the subway station, but there are too many tourists on the road. Carrying a large suitcase is not very convenient as there are many *****tores and food places around. You don't need to worry about the clean environment of the place where you live, but even wearing earplugs will be harassed by the residents in isolation.

The place is very clean, the service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very good. I will stay here if I come to Osaka again. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us🙏🏻

Japanese details are everywhere. Lawson and 711 are not far away. It's a little far from the subway, but it's not a big problem. The sound insulation problem is unavoidable, but it is controllable.
