Hotel doesn't have people at check in but it's done through a tablet pc, having an actual human would be a welcome touch so that problems can be dealt with quickly instead of needing to email. Room was nice, location is very good right next to dotonbori river.

The room was larger than I expected. The location is very convenient. It takes 3.4 minutes to get to the subway station. I will come back next time.

The location is close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. There are restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes' walk. It is very convenient to go out and take the subway. Check in/out is self-service. The room equipment is basically the same as that on the Internet. There is a little dust in the corner but the overall acceptable

Might be good if you just want to stay overnight without meals. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel, such as the sound from the room next door and the refrigerator, and it was also a very unsafe place outside, so there was some noise even during the night.
