Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

Excellent station hotel. Stayed in a standard triple room (3 small beds) on weekdays in November 2023. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The single bed has been extended, about 120 cm wide. The room comes with complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water (Japanese hotels usually do not provide free bottled water). Guest rooms are located on the 7th to 16th floors. The counter staff can communicate in English. Station B1 can lead to B1 of the hotel without taking the outdoor surface road. Breakfast (in the landscape restaurant on the 17th floor, with a great view) is a self-service buffet with good dishes, three kinds of fruits, and ice cream.

Fantastic location! We wrote the email to hotel check how to go there, the email that replied by their staff really helps a lot! When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

Hotel located in the district of Nishinari Ward. It has the station Kishinosato-Tamade a few meters walk. The price is that I expected something more from the stay in general. The room is functional, with shoes and pyjama (although that is common practice in Japan). Without view because the 619 had the opaque glass and, although it is said to be soundless, it is not quite true because you hear the trains pass. I didn't like checking, despite being at 14:00 and having warned that I would come earlier, they didn't let me do it until 15:00, which, despite being not full, offers no more that invites to recommend it.

Hahaha, I want to try their couple hotel culture when I go to Japan. My boyfriend and I are really scared by the Japanese people who came to the hotel. The room is soundproof and clean, and it provides the pola series of bathing and wiping things. It seems that you can also choose the products you like for free, Pantene, Dove, and the hotel front desk. Going in and out with a key to change the card, there is a night at the front desk, the little brother is super handsome! ! The address of the hotel is OK, the service will say a few words when the front desk enters and exits, it is okay, after all, people are the hourly room. The overall Kansai people are still ok. However, the hotel lobby does not provide luggage, and the lobby is small.

The hotel name is listed outside in English, just have to look up. Check in was on 2F (second floor). Friendly front staff. We had a twin room (two large single beds), small as expected, clean, small bathroom but everything we needed. The room had a kettle, fridge, TV, phone, pajamas, hangers, hair dryer with microwave and pants press just down the hall. Coffee, tea and other amenities could be picked up near the front desk. Small but functional desk with chair and enough room to work on laptop and use a mouse. We had a view out to the main road and the curtains did a fine job making it dark enough for us to sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very enjoyable and tasty served in a separate breakfast room down the hall from reception. Breakfast was a large variety of Japanese items that we were unfamiliar with but tasted just about all of them, along with rice, soup, coffee, teas and water. The second day, many dishes had changed which were tasty also. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese buffet breakfast immensely, a great chance to taste some of their interesting food culture. Many restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and there is a 7-11 and Don Quijote that are nearby. It is also near the subway and JR Tennoji Station. We would have no problem staying here again if in the area, nice efficient hotel.

The event such as concert overlapped in the Osaka marathon, and the hotel price in Osaka city was jumping up, so I used this place which was cheap except for the capsule and the so-called Doya. The front desk was polite, but when I enter the room after dark, I don't know the light switch! I finally found it by hand, but the room feels old and small. There is a desk, but you can't put the stool in front of you, you can't work, you can't sit in bed. In addition, the lighting switch was away from the bed, and when I went to bed, I turned off the lights and walked to the futon. There were many snacks around, and the drunk was noisy at night on the road. The unit bus is surprisingly large, but the toilet bowl is not a heating toilet seat, and the cold day is hot. The location is very convenient, 1 minute from the station. Since it's the Midosuji Line, you can go to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Umeda with just one line. This time from Umeda to Kyoto, the autumn leaves🍁 was great. From Namba to Nara, playing with deer🫎. For meals, there is a nearby Super Life in front of the station, and you can cook hot pot dishes and rice in the microwave for cheap. They had all the facilities, so I used them all. There is a washing machine and dryer, so you don't need to change your clothes. If you wash it at night and use the dryer, it will be dry in the morning. Much more convenient than a hotel. If you want to enjoy Kansai, this is the best position.
