Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

It is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a bathroom, and a bathtub. There was no container for shampoo body soap conditioner, and instead, the solid soap shampoo conditioner was a one-off type of in-house test offering. There was no toothpaste in the toothbrush bag, and there was a separate small bag of medicinal toothpaste. Two bags of tea, sencha, coffee, and tea were nostalgic Sri Lankan ”Dilmah” PREMIUM. You can see the outside view from the elevator. PC2 There is a business booth with a printer on the lobby floor. The breakfast venue is located on the first floor of the cafe terrace ”Ginki Sai” and the grand piano is placed in the cyclamen artificial flower. The number and taste of the dishes were satisfactory. I received one disinfectant sheet at check-in.

It has nearby convenience store , so very accessible :) Great location 👍 Asked for a nice view which I read from the review and they upgraded the room to the high floor with the marriott membership they offer to get a room with a view and got no view and get 0 benefits from it🥹 Staffs are kind They also have a good ambiance lobby Sadly we didn’t hangout at there bar, which were lacked of time and spent it all outside 🫣😂 Also a min walk from the train station,underground and nearby restaurants and massage. We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room during Autumn. Good size comparing to many other hotels of this rate, enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Love the location, easy to find the hotel from train station, it’s just above Daimaru and many excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk. It’s fabulous to get back to my room for a short break between shopping. Nothing is better than staying directly above the station for train travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Good and calm hotel to stay , different from the entrance , situated close to an arcade. Staff was good, and helped me with an early check in. If you arrive by train in Osaka, you may need to drag the bag from the station, easier to find the way coming from the streets and not the underground. But plenty of eateries around. Department stores close to Umeda station. Room had space for a big bag, comfy beds, some room amenitites, kettle, tea. Personnel amenities to be collected at the check in, that is the new eco trend in Japan. Mid-scale hotel, will consider for future travels.
