Because the Cologne Game Show can not book a room in Cologne, so this is set. In the small town of bensberg, it is about 30 minutes by taxi from Cologne Railway Station, a bit far away. I would like to highlight the very professional and friendly communication of staff at the reception, especially Mr N. Fuchs! No question is too much and he is always well served! Unlike the restaurant associated. The servant Antonio spreads an extreme hectic among the trainers, makes you unsure, gives no choice of commands! The two trainees were always very friendly and professional. Antonio was always friendly to me, but by his behavior to his colleagues I could not really enjoy my food. When a call from the reception came to receive a order, Antonia became loud and refused to go to the phone. He even called the trainer loudly to stop the telephone call. He has no time! For information I sat in the local, because the beer garden was fully covered. That's why I lived the interactions, unfortunately, and here you should think!

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms well equipped, excellent beds and very quiet. Buffet breakfast has a great variety. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to have the swimming pool and the sauna almost for us alone. Everything spic and span. Beautiful view from the terrace. Possibility to make some tea and to relax. Hotel is well situated. Perfect location for hiking or biking in the beautiful nature of Bergisches Wanderland. Ich war als Tagesgast Teilnehmer eines Seminares, daher kann ich die Übernachtungsmöglichkeitrn nicht bewerten. Das Gebäude scheint eine Generalüberholung hinter sich zu haben, es ist alles sehr neu, edel und modern. Die Dame, welche offensichtlich für unser Seminar verantwortlich war erschien außergewöhnlich freundlich und gut strukturiert. Der Tagungsraum war hell, sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Catering zu den gebuchten Pausen war lecker, abwechslungsreich und mittags/abends Büffet. Auch hier sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Zum Abendessen erschienen genug junge Kellner. Etwas ungewollt wirkte das Lichtspiel in der großen Empfangshalle. Hell/ dunkel und final rot-orange… schwierig… Passend zu der fragwürdigen, roten Beleuchtungsfarbe teilten sich die beiden rezeptionisten kurzzeitig einen Stuhl neben- oder vielmehr aufeinander. Dies schien mir nicht sehr angemessen für diese Art etablissement. Der Abend endete in der Schönen großen Hotelbar. Hier gibt es keinen Kritikpunkt.
