Hotels near Total Spring in Paris

Good location for the cost, easy to get to from CDG, close to the Opera and 2 other metro stations to explore. The room is a bit small, but comfortable. I would improve the ventilation in the bathroom.

Decided to book a last minute trip to Paris & my partner had booked this hotel as part of a package. Upon searching the hotel, I was very skeptical how this hotel would be and had very low standards of arriving due to all the reviews I’d read. The room & hotel were clean and tidy, staff are lovely and nothing was a hassle for them, breakfast was brought out quickly and re-filled if finished! Only downfall being how tiny the bathroom is, quite a struggle getting round about everything in the bathroom as it’s all packed in so tightly & the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that bit wasn’t too much of a bother to me as the pillows made up for it! Two stars knocked off primarily for the size of bathroom and mattress but can’t grumble too much due to the price paid! Still very happy and satisfied with our stay.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station Cadet. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, community parks and so on. The area is located between the 9th and 10th districts of Paris, a relatively safe area. It is ideally located within 3-4 stops of the main attractions and shopping venues such as the Paris Opera, Lafayette, Paris Spring, and the Louvre. 1, room facilities are standard, the shower of the bathtub is no fixed on the wall, the whole process requires a shower. This time we were given a room with a small terrace facing the street. In addition to the occasional noise from the passing vehicles on the street, the lighting is very good. 2, the hotel front desk staff is more nice, proactively provide Wi-Fi information and detailed answers to relevant questions. 3. If the check-out is earlier and the time is more abundant, you can store your luggage at the hotel reception. The only downside is that there is no “luggage tag number” for the baggage, and the guest pushes the baggage into the storage room and picks up the baggage when it is time to claim it (all depending on the consciousness). There may be cases where you take the wrong thing and take the wrong baggage. In short, the hotel as a whole is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Paris.

I stayed in a large single room on the 4th floor. Comfy bed, great bathroom, good layout with thoughtful touches like USB ports in the lights by the bed. The staff is incredibly helpful and all seem to speak English. The location is great as it's a true Parisian neighborhood with excellent restaurants, patisserie's, bars, etc., close to the metro making exploring the city easy. The one downside is that my floor had several small rooms which may have been carved up from larger ones as the walls were paper thin. I'd just come in off the redeye from NYC and for the two nights I stayed there, I could hear TV's, loud conversations and general noise way past midnight. I ran into four men in their 20s when I arrived at my room whom I suspect were the culprits. I may've just had bad luck and it's very likely that the larger rooms on other floors don't have this issue but if you're not a night owl or traveling on business, be aware.

This is a little gem of a hotel, in a great location close to the metro and many restaurants. The hotel itself is basic but ticks all the boxes. The bedrooms were a good size compared to other Parisian hotels. The reception staff were very helpful too! Our bedrooms were close to the lift so we could hear everything in the morning but that was a small price to pay considering how affordable the rooms were. Would have no hesitation in starting here again.

The hotel is convenient to the subway station, but the room is relatively small. I was charged one night's city tax for the first night's stay. After communication, it was solved. The hotel has no spare parts to bring. The room was small and cramped, no photos tight. But this is in Paris, and overall I am satisfied. The host is also friendly. The location is still good. It is often safe to return to the hotel late.

The room was of good value for money. The staffs at the reception were really nice. However, I think it was because of our room location which was at the end of the corridor, the Wi-Fi connection in our room was really bad and we had to use data the whole time. I would still recommend to travellers who would want to save money for the accommodation tho.

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

Had to book this last minute and any hotel you book last minute in Paris is going to cost more than you really want to pay. However, this one wasn't quite as exorbitant as others in the same area: judging by the notices in French, English and Russian, I assume they normally have a lot of Russians staying there who currently cannot due to world events. Gare du Nord is walking distance if you're arriving by train (so is Gare de l'Est). Chose the area because one band I wanted to see were playing in La Villette one day and another in La Défense the next. There's a Métro line straight back from La Villette and a Transilien running from Gare St Lazare (also walking distance) to La Défense, meaning I could actually get some sleep the night between the two gigs and still get to the queue early. Room was small, but tastefully furnished, with the sort of furniture that reminds you that you're in France. Nice powerful shower of the sort you seldom find in hotel rooms these days, although the shower doors sometimes came out or their tracks, which was annoying. Room gets very hot in summer, but owners obviously aware of this and there was a highly effective tower fan. One odd thing happened concerning cups. Lots of tea and coffee, which was good, but there were only paper cups, which the housekeeping staff kept not replacing after use, even though they replenished the tea and coffee. Eventually, there were no cups left. Had to mention this at reception, whereupon I got more paper cups. Overall, decent place and probably the best I could have found in the circumstances.
