Very Good
GGuest UserVery lovely boutique hotel. We were impressed with how they decorated for the holidays inside and out. Very beautiful and cosy. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly also. Location suited us as a bit away from the crowds but still easy to get to everything in Niagara Falls.
GGuest UserClean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there.
MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right in front of Clifton Hill and you can walk to Niagara in just 8 minutes. The American side is close. The water pressure is not well controlled and the water splashes out of the bathtub. I thought it would be noisy because Clifton Hill was nearby, but I can't hear you in the room.
GGuest UserThe front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.
GGuest UserWhat they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.
NNini111The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.
GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
