A fantastic hotel! The afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent. The staff were super friendly and polite. The coffee here is amazing and delicious. The rooms are large, clean, and very well soundproofed. It's also very close to Anping Old Street, making it a highly recommended hotel. I'll definitely come back for a long stay next time!

Guest UserGot a single room with a private bathroom, and wow! After a lovely two weeks in Narita, Busan, Seoul, Macau, Taipei, and Kaohsiung, I never thought that Tainan would be my coziest stay, but it really was! My room was so spacious and clean, which was so great, since I tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac about hotel sanitation. Spending my days wandering around Tainan and then coming home to the Red House, turning on a kdrama on the flat-screen TV, and drifting off to sleep on my comfy lil futon, genuinely might've been the highlights of my trip :) Great job, please keep it up!!!

JOEYW紫月The hotel's design style is great, and the place is very spacious. The room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. There's an open-plan bathroom with an island sink and a bathtub for soaking. Everything is perfect, the only thing to complain about is the toilet paper – it's too rough and cheap; if you use too much force, your skin will peel off!!!

The landlady was incredibly welcoming and recommended great restaurants nearby – fantastic!
I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Tainan.
Highly recommend it!

海梧The hotel is conveniently located next to Tainan Railway Station. As an established five-star hotel, there's no need to worry about cleanliness or service. My room on the 30th floor, facing the train station, offered a clear view of the Tainan coastline and skyline, which was absolutely beautiful. The fitness center, sauna facilities, and pool were all excellent. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch, providing fresh slippers and even tidying up the room again.
Holding it to the higher standards of a five-star hotel, I'll nitpick a few areas that, if improved, would make it even better: Firstly, the hairdryer was underpowered and old – a 1200w model from 2018. It took almost 20 minutes to dry my hair, which was quite annoying. Secondly, the front desk hotline. I called the front desk about five times, and twice my calls went unanswered. Once was at 9 PM and another time at 11 AM, neither of which are unusual hours. This kind of issue shouldn't happen. Thirdly, the hotel facilities. Perhaps because it's an older hotel, there were slight signs of aging in the room's amenities, and the main light control was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, however, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff's attitude was impeccable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The space was comfortable, and I loved the bidet toilet and powerful hairdryer. They even provided instant noodles, drinks, and snacks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to the Garden Night Market, and you can also rent bicycles. Parking is available. The breakfast was really rich and delicious – I accidentally ate too many pastries! The restaurant space is large, and there's also water available for refills.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Everything was well-prepared and felt very welcoming.
One of the highlights was definitely the onsen — it was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and it felt incredibly comfortable soaking there. It really helped us unwind and made the whole experience even more memorable.
Overall, this was truly one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again! 😊

The staff were really friendly, and the facilities were great too. We had a mud hot spring on the balcony, so we didn't even have to go downstairs to soak. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable day.

The environment was very clean and the soundproofing was pretty good, so it was very quiet at night. I slept wonderfully. The room overall was spotless.
The breakfast was decent. This time, I stayed in a triple room and thought it was super great – the hot water was incredibly hot! 😄😄😄 I really liked it.

Guest UserThe hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket.
The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in ”downtown” kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a ”putting green” off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip.
