Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

The hotel's scenery and environment are exceptionally good and very relaxing. The seawater bath spa and the infinity spa pool facing the sea are definitely worth experiencing. The service is also on point, though it's a shame that most of the staff don't speak English. They also messed up my room service order three times. 😅

The location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The room is quite large and clean. The breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially orange juice is completely squeezed! Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

Die Lage ist sehr gut nahe am Strand. Das Essen im Hotel ist schlecht und man erhält nur ein Tuch für den gesmaten Aufenthalt. Wenn man ein neues benötigt musste man besahlen.
