Amazing
GGuest UserPark Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. You played a huge role in creating unforgettable memories, and I’m incredibly grateful. Absolutely in love. Million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to most major Tokyo shopping districts via the Ginza and Asakusa subway lines. The separate toilet and shower are very convenient, and the hotel breakfast is also great – much better than the Sotetsu chain. Our room had a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely perfect! Shinjuku Station is literally just downstairs, about 200 meters away, and the bus terminal is right next door. Getting around from here is incredibly convenient. Within a kilometer, you're surrounded by shopping malls, so eating and shopping are super easy. I stayed for four nights this time, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic. Even though there wasn't anyone who spoke Chinese, English communication or using a translation app worked just fine, and their service attitude was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shinjuku.

Mmezzan9neThis hotel is turning out to be my go-to as it is my second time staying there out of my 3 times visiting Tokyo. Very conveniently located, just a short 2 stops away from Tokyo station, and at the mouth of the vibrant and exciting Akihabara Electric Town, it was a cozy home away from home. This time round though, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, just off the reception and I was afraid that it would be noisy, but it was well off the main area so it was still fairly well contained. Room was as usual, cozy and comfortable and had a bigger desk area than my previous stay. Walking distance to Aikihabara, and many abd eateries, kobinis, and a minute away to Akihabara Station, really the location takes the cake. Nothing much negative to say, and definitely will be top of the list for subsequent Tokyo visits!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were all really good. There's no bottled water provided in the room, but you can get water from a dispenser. The room decor is like a budget hotel, and it's a bit small, but that's to be expected given the location in Shinjuku.

GGuest UserThough small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

GGuest UserPros: 1. The overall design is quite appealing. Cons: 1. The 15 sqm room is incredibly small. Don't believe for a second that this room type can accommodate two people! If there are two of you, you'd need at least 20 sqm, and I doubt this 15 sqm room is even truly 15 sqm. 2. The hotel has an absurdly small number of power outlets. There are no outlets by the bed at all! This is a terrible design. You can only charge devices by the TV. The room only has two charging outlets in total – one in the bathroom and one by the TV! How are two people supposed to charge their devices? 3. The hotel entrance is also very small. Across the street, Koko has sofas and other seating areas, but this hotel only has a few outdoor stools.

JJoyful TravellerWhile this hotel has a convenient location, the experience was ruined by a lack of basic hospitality and very cramped quarters. The room was so small it was difficult to even open two large suitcases. More disappointing, however, was the staff’s attitude. Everything is followed strictly 'by the book' with zero flexibility. I was told a late check-out would be charged by the hour, and even a simple request for a complimentary bottle of water was flatly denied. The staff were condescending and never offered a smile, making for a very unwelcoming environment. A small gesture like a bottle of water costs almost nothing but earns customer loyalty; unfortunately, this hotel chooses rigid rules over guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

GGuest UserStaying in a tatami room was a new experience! My only minor quibble was the TV being on the side of the bed, which felt a bit unusual. Otherwise, everything was super comfortable. This is the closest hotel to the exhibition center, and I've been staying here for years. The staff are always incredibly helpful, quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. And the breakfast? Consistently amazing!
