Amazing
GGuest UserI've travelled to many parts of Japan for over a decade and in terms of ”a comfortable hotel with no complaints”, this is it for me. No complaints but I do have a small feedback which is to have the breakfast start at 6 or 6.30am for early/business travellers to be able to grab a bite before they can go about their day. Other than that, the room was comfortable and big enough for a small side sofa by the window, there were spaces to open a medium sized cargo bag, the amenities were sufficient and so were the Eco-friendly initiatives (room service, bamboo in place of plastic items), etc. There was also a decent humidifier provided during winter (but that was not enough for me who comes from the tropics), I had my own small humidifier too and still it was kind of dry (not a hotel problem). The view coming up the elevator and at the lobby was majorly impressive - boasting a skyline of both Tokyo Tower against Mt Fuji in the distance; during sunset, it was such a sight to behold. The lobby is big and has lots of rest/seating areas with some small amount of drinks provided from 5am to 10pm and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The service staff were impressive - knowing a wide range of languages and when they did not, remained unfazed and used translation tools. They were all polite, helpful and the F&B members too, made you feel like you were in some high-end restaurant. The artwork was also very nice to observe all over and if I have the chance to afford this hotel again, I'd do it in a snap. Other important notes are that there is a convenience store at B2 of the same building. Level 3 is a bridge that links you directly to Yurikamome line monorail -and a little further, to the Asakusa and Ginza lines from there. The Ginza honten (main store) Don Quijote is also a 10 to 15 minute walk from there and so are many local eateries (5 min walk) and shopping areas (Carote, 10 to 15mins walk).

Amazing
GGuest UserThe quad room was much larger than I expected; there was definitely enough space for four suitcases. It was super clean and comfortable. The location, needless to say, was incredibly convenient – everything you need for eating, drinking, shopping, sightseeing, and photo ops was right there. Convenience stores were just downstairs. The breakfast was delicious! The quad room had a window, but no view (see photos for reference). Free coffee was available all day. Laundry service was also available for a fee (see photos). There was an air purifier and air freshener, which was great for smelly shoes after a long day of walking. Basic room cleaning was done daily.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location. The main entrance is on the 1st floor (there's a 7-Eleven there, but it closes early). Check-in is on the 20th floor, and all guest rooms are above the 20th floor, offering great views without any low-floor rooms. The 2nd floor provides direct access to Takashimaya and Shinjuku Station, and there are two subway lines right across the street from the 1st-floor exit, making getting around very convenient. See picture 3 for a floor overview. 👍 The scenic twin room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards, not cramped at all. It comes with standard sheet mask skincare products and disposable slippers. 🙃 Ps: There's no bottled water in the room, but each floor has a self-service water dispenser. Also, the bathroom shower is inside the bathtub 🛁. 👍 Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

ZZiviReally amazing hotel breakfast, for me one of the best. The room maybe is small by some standards, but other hotels i’ve stayed in in Japan had smaller rooms so i was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean! The location is great, really close to supermarkets and lively streets. We loved our stay here and would stay again! The only thing that could improve is the washing machine and dryer - not great for washing a weeks worth of clothes, also only three pairs available for the whole hotel.

XXin Ying ShiThe hotel staff were very friendly and polite. We stayed in a triple room in the main building, which was quite spacious for a Tokyo hotel. I especially loved the Sky Plaza on the top floor – the view was fantastic! It had a play area for kids, a swimming pool, and even free Starbucks, which was so relaxing. The hotel also offers a direct shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away, making everything very accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku! The overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and as soon as I walked in, I felt very relaxed. The room space was quite generous for Tokyo, very tidy, and the attention to detail was excellent, making for a reassuring stay. The location is a huge plus. It's close to Shinjuku Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It saved a lot of time whether I was shopping, eating, or visiting attractions. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so daily needs were never an issue. The service was also great. The front desk staff were friendly and patiently helped solve any problems, which made me feel very welcome. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo 👍

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

GGuest Useremployees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

AAnonymous UserThe room was small, which is typical for single rooms in Japanese hotels. But it was very clean and felt new, and the central air conditioning worked great and was quiet. I booked this hotel because I didn't want to deal with crowded subways after a concert in Odaiba. The location is excellent, close to the station, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs. For Odaiba hotels, it offers great value for money. I even regret checking out and moving to another hotel after the concert.
