The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my 28-inch suitcase. I arrived quite late and went to an Isomaru Suisan in the nearby shopping street. There were hardly any customers, but the food was incredibly slow. That glowing squid was super fishy and disgusting! And the ark shell in the sashimi tasted like chewing on wax, I don't know how long it had been frozen. I really don't recommend staying here. Even though it's close to Senso-ji Temple, it's like staying inside a tourist attraction where everything is commercialized. The staff at the restaurants and food stalls just have this desperate look in their eyes and on their faces, wanting you to quickly spend your money. Staying here felt completely devoid of any enjoyment.

The reception is located on the 20th floor, and all guest rooms are situated from the 22nd floor upwards. These rooms are noticeably more spacious than typical Tokyo hotels, with well-equipped bathrooms. High-floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the city's nightscape. The buffet breakfast, served in the scenic restaurant, receives rave reviews for its freshly made omelets, and caters to both Japanese and Western palates. The staff are warm and attentive, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay away from the city's hustle and bustle. It's an outstanding choice for accommodation in Shinjuku, whether you're sightseeing or just passing through.

Nearby, there's a Toxic Brazil, which is quite cheap, but they only sell simplified versions of continental goods. However, every time I come here, I make sure to buy two pairs of glasses from the JINS optical store upstairs. They're not expensive, and the service is great.

Location of this hotel is remarkable and within 7 mins walking distance to Shinjuku Station and Expressway Bus Terminal. There’s also 2 convenient store near hotels (Lawson & Family Mart) + McDonalds and Wendy’s Burger Cafe. Hot and cold water dispenser on every floor for easy access. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo. Staff were also friendly and readily to assist you in check-in and luggage storage. Good security system as room card is required to tap on reader in the lift to get to your designated floor and room. After 10pm, the main door of hotel is also locked and requires room card to enter the hotel entrance and lobby. 

This hotel is located in the heart of Tokyo, offering excellent transport links. You can access Otemachi Station, Tokyo Station, and even Ginza and Nihonbashi directly from the underground passages. The surrounding area is primarily office buildings, making it a relatively quiet neighborhood. The room facilities are all new, and the small kitchenette is very convenient for preparing simple meals. While the hotel's exterior isn't particularly eye-catching, and many reviewers mention it's hard to find, if you use the underground passage, just follow the signs to exit C6a, turn right upon reaching ground level, and it's about 30-40 meters away. The basement level has many restaurants, mostly serving casual meals. If you're looking for something like yakiniku or sukiyaki, you'll need to walk for over ten minutes. However, if you plan ahead and use the underground passages, you can cut your travel time by about half.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

The hotel is very close to Ginza, just a 350-meter walk around the corner to Matsuya Department Store. The room was indeed very small, but it had a feminine style. There's a coffee machine in the room, and they provide two bottles of mineral water daily. Breakfast is a Western-style semi-buffet; the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is pretty good, though I personally prefer Japanese breakfast. It's about a 600-meter walk from JR Yurakucho Station to the hotel. It's not convenient with luggage, so a taxi costs around 500 yen for the minimum fare.

While this hotel has a convenient location, the experience was ruined by a lack of basic hospitality and very cramped quarters. The room was so small it was difficult to even open two large suitcases. More disappointing, however, was the staff’s attitude. Everything is followed strictly 'by the book' with zero flexibility. I was told a late check-out would be charged by the hour, and even a simple request for a complimentary bottle of water was flatly denied. The staff were condescending and never offered a smile, making for a very unwelcoming environment. A small gesture like a bottle of water costs almost nothing but earns customer loyalty; unfortunately, this hotel chooses rigid rules over guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Shinjuku's Kabukicho, very close to Shinjuku-sanchome subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is a good size, clean, and tidied daily. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.
