Newly restored hotel. Good capacity for group meetings. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet included (Full buffet) Well trained and helpful staff. Taxis available from front desk Ask for higher floors so you can the Lago de Maracaibo and the bridge. Pool and spa available. Hotel recién restaurado. Buena capacidad para reuniones de grupo. El personal es muy útil. Desayuno buffet incluido (Buffet completo) Personal bien capacitado y servicial. Taxis disponibles en la recepción Preguntar por pisos más altos para poder ver el Lago de Maracaibo y el puente. Piscina y spa disponibles.

Very good hotel option in Maracaibo, with good facilities and services. Of the best in the area. Recommended to spend some time in the pool area with pizza and beer, at night it is the best on a hot day

I visited this property several times, for me until 2019 it was a luxury Jewel. Acceptable breakfast, basic general food, unfriendly staff and lack of preparation. Rooms are preserved, very comfortable bed. There were problems with the hot water which they solved. Regular Internet. Roomservices slower than a turtle. Acceptable reception service. I had an accident and required first aid and they did not have an acceptable first aid kit! You can definitely tell that they are no longer an IHG chain. I expected much more! The deterioration is real and evident. Unfortunate because it is a Gem.

I went twice in the month. The breakfasts are very good. Cleaning is adequate. Good internet service. Great common areas. They help with taxis. Now, both times I had problems with the shower and the cold water. I never managed to turn the water cold and the showers were not what I expected.

I am currently staying at the Hotel Inter Maracibo in the room. 416 and I'm surprised at the price. $85 with breakfast. This super luxury hotel in Europe easily costs from €300/day and up. Super recommended. It is huge, it has a gym, swimming pools, shops, a large hall with high ceilings all in marble, pianos, fountains and you even have a ****** that raffles off a mustang that is in the hotel hall. The rooms are very clean and large, as for the hotel staff, very friendly and attentive, the food is normal for this type of hotel (good but I think they could be better) I will repeat for sure, 100% recommended
