The old Grand Hotel de la Paz still keeps the memory of its past splendour, a touch of modernity in addition: it is now a apartment hotel with this double advantage that you can prepare your meals and /ou consume there Its breakfast in the room (9.50, reasonable price, with the price of the rooms) and a dining in the nearby restaurant. We personally have been able to dine on the sun on the balcony of our room (Plombières is not said ”The city with thousand balconies for nothing!) thanks to the table and the plied chairs put on our availability in a cart. The room (even amputated one part by the bathroom) is spacious, has what is needed in tables, seats, convenience, head tables (there is often only one for a two-sets bed); beds and beds are incapable. The toilets are, - as rare as well - independent of the bathroom, they are very large and have a bathroom (comfort element that tends to disappear with the systematic installation of showers) Only a small problem: There was a lamp missing because, as I stood up early, I could not write there, the problem was that if I turned the light on, it would light the bed where my wife was sleeping at the same time. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. This is a place that has not disappointed us, my wife and me, and we therefore recommend you in all sense.
