#1 Issue No hot or even warm water after Sat 10am so we left early Sunday #2 parking extremely difficult #3 office closed on the weekend

DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff took FULL ADVANTAGE of me. I called two months in advance to book my rooms and the rooms were not booked properly. They didn't even take my credit card to hold the reservation. When we arrived, the woman who was checking us in said “oh that was the college kid who took your reservation. He screwed up.” She was aware how many people we were going to be in the room because we were discussing the parking situation. She knew we were 4 people and they were aware how people we were when I booked the reservation. But the college boy with the beautiful blue eyes screwed up. She still charge our room and then told us we could not stay and must get another room. She did this so we can book another room thinking we wouldn’t have any other options. I was taken full advantage of. We had no choice but to leave because I was not going to be charge another $500 for a room. They would NOT refund our money. DO NOT STAY HERE. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE.

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mar. Our room was new, very clean and simple beach decor.The location right across the street from the water was amazing. Casa is located away from the action of the boardwalk so it is very quiet but close enough to walk to. There are many really good restaurants nearby. The staff is so helpful and nice. All around great stay and will definitely return.

We stayed one night for a quick getaway. Everything was modern and super clean just the Hotel stock photos. Check in was easy and location is perfect if you want the quieter part of town yet still easy walk to a few of the best restaurants and a little further gets you right in the heart of the boardwalk. Coffee shop is a nice touch! Definitely would stay again. We hope to try the 2 bedroom full kitchen suite on the second floor one day. It looks amazing!

This property is ALL SHOW and NO QUALITY. No customer service whatsoever. I called and texted, as indicated to do on confirmation email, with no response before arrival. Check in was at 3pm. Asked for an early check in when I arrived in person and was given a basic “No” with nothing else. When I asked again, I was then told 2pm might be ok and that they “probably won’t charge me” for being early. I arrived again at 1:40pm and was told I couldn’t even just park my car in the lot to walk to the beach while I waited for my room. I then paid for parking across thedespite the almost $500/night cost on a weekday. One would think that some accommodation would be given for that price tag. When I finally was able to check in, looking at the room, it is beautifully decorated. However, upon inspection, there was a hair on one of the towels and then a hair in the bed when we turned it down for the night. The fridge is a big wine fridge but was loud and I heard it all night. The room felt damp all night despite the A/C on. The outside door to the room does not keep the outdoor light out of the room. When addressing complaints to the “manager” the next day, she asked me for photographic proof of the hairs found. My complaints fell on deaf ears as there was no care or accommodation given. They told me they don’t own the hotel. I asked who to contact and was not given that information. I will NEVER return to this poorly run hotel. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else

had a great stay here! walking distance to a lot of restaurants and very close to the water to fish. the only thing was the AC was confusing to turn on because we went in and the room was so hot. we clicked start but it would only blast for 10 secs then stop working. could be me though. there was also a lot of hair left i assume from the previous guests in the bathroom that ended up on our towels. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was responsive and nice! Especially the guy in the cafe, i saw him responding to a lot of the clients who were staying there.

We were considering a romantic getaway here until I saw the premises littered with Cigarette butts. I guess the owners don't care about polluting. First impressions mean a lot. I`ll consider visiting this place when the perimeter is cleaned up. Hopefully, the rooms are kept clean. I`ll delete this review if they clean up the area in front of the office.

The property was clean! Wonderful and nice staff. Definitely booking soon again.
