"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."

"This hotel is phenomenal! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Staff greet you at every step and guide you to reception. The Lobby smells divine and check in was a breeze. Then we were guided to our room, which was beautiful. Huge bathroom, with lovely products. Comfortable bed, enormous windows that for us overlooked the bay. The executive lounge is well worth the extra money. It includes breakfast area (which is nice, but not as huge as the buffet breakfast), afternoon tea and cocktails and canape in the afternoon. The pool and gym area were sensational as well. Direct access to the Mall of Asia, which was great for us shoppers. The buffet breakfast was the biggest and best selection I have ever seen. This hotel would have to be my favourite I have ever visited. Could not recommend more highly, worth every dollar and I will definitely always be staying here shen visiting Manila."

"First time staying here. Contacted owner and was informed someone will meet me at the security entrance. Check in was fast. Great location. Comfortable bed. Strong hot shower. Toiletries available. Wifi was strong. Bedroom was small though but the aircon was strong. Aircon in the living room not working and there was no remote. Overall a good stay. Will book again."

"I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place."

"This condo is very clean and well kept.. Ac is Cold.. Water is warm if you wanted.. The pool is included and the location is perfect. Very few places where you can walk to T3.."
