Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

Hotspring access is included. Even a quick dip is a great way to relax after a long day of hard work. Nicest thing for me has been the exceptional service.
