房間衞生條件很差，積灰嚴重，讓重新做一下衞生，客房服務員的態度也很差，一直在狡辯，灰多到臉都過敏了

衞生一般吧，進門指示牌都是掉在地上的，而且房間的燈就衹有一個大吊燈，都不能調節。在辦理的時候也沒有告訴我們房間不用插卡取電，我們進門到處找插卡處。然後最差勁的地方就是走廊很臭很臭，一大早出門簡直味道太臭了

體驗極差，完全沒有一點隔音，訂房平台顯示有浴袍，結果房間沒有，打電話問前台前台也説沒有。而且出去玩半夜回來前台根本找不到人，完了打電話聯繫前台要一張房卡，結果酒店一男員工直接在沒經過我同意，也沒告知我的情況下，私自打開我的房間取房卡半天才拿下來。第二天退房的時候跟前台聯繫補四十塊延遲一個小時退房，結果到前台退房的時候15:08，前台就説我超了大半天要多收錢，我就不明白一個酒店這八分鐘你都要收錢，格局是有多小。

很糟糕！環境不好，設施陳舊，還有損壞的！空調是擺設，並且聲音很大，拖鞋很糟糕，一穿就破！價格又貴，200多的房間，100的品質，還是我旅遊文化學院的實習酒店，學校質量堪憂啊！出差住了一次，整個酒店才有一兩個客人，不反思準備關門吧！

專業人做專業事，貴州文化旅遊學院的這個酒店，雖不豪華但處處專業。從前台服務態度到打掃衞生的服務員都很專業，值得一住。
