Unprofessional staff , unorganized, poor Wi-Fi
There was no access to the pool due to a wedding event, not a lot food options. Had to cut the amount of days stayed due to me and my family being unsatisfied.

Large complex by the sea 2 or 3 km from the center. Very warm welcome / attentive and accommodating staff (for breakfast for example). sea view room with balcony. Very pleasant seawater swimming pool and at the top a dike built in front allows you to swim in the protected sea. The hotel was empty but that didn't bother us. I recommend the restaurant: very good and plentiful dishes. At this price I recommend.

Hotel right on the water, a magnificent view, very pleasant and kind staff. The hotel is very clean, it is a place that I recommend +++ I will come back with pleasure. Liliane at reception is exceptionally kind. The hotel shuttle allows you to go to Praia, and the driver despite the language barrier is very nice. Note not knowing how to speak Portuguese or English, the staff does their best, it's really great.

I spent a nigh**arish week at the Vulcao hotel, dirty toilet, critters everywhere, even in my bed, none of the services offered were available, I asked to change rooms, this was only done The day before I left, and I found the bathroom flooded in this new room, but the icing on the cake was when I caught the cleaning lady going through my things. FLEE THIS HOTEL!!! Rooms: 1/5 | Service :
