It’s little far from the city center, nearby doesn’t have metro or bus that can easily take to the city. But Uber or taxi only cost around 20 euro, so overall it’s pretty good

We booked a family room, but the middle-aged Italian man at the hotel front desk gave us the smallest standard room without explaining it to us. Then I told the hotel that it was not the room we had booked. The hotel said that there were no family rooms available, and they gave us a superior room, but it was still much smaller than the family room. They even told me that because Asians like to use bathtubs, they gave me a standard room. Even though it was obviously a problem with the hotel, they wouldn't give a refund, but Ctrip had good service and gave me a refund as soon as possible. This is my first time staying in a hotel with such poor service. The room is generally okay, but the bathroom leaks and the wash basin is clogged.

Although it is not in the city center, the hotel is very comfortable and the room is relatively large. There are extra beds for children and a swimming pool. It is not far from the Vatican. It is also convenient to take a taxi to the city center. Recommended!
